Mister Sparky Electrical

Phyllis was on time and knew what needed to be done quickly. He worked fast knowing that it is hard to be without electricity with a baby. He was friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to get our electricity back asap. I am not sure about the price because I didn't get second opinion but it seemed okay.

Light fixture was found to be cut out the wire below the cut and reconnected, light still wouldn't work because of bad connection at the light bulb area.

I had a very good experience with Mister Sparky. They were professional, and they did a great job.

I didn’t accept their bid because it was more expensive than others I received. In fact, we had them out twice and their second bid was higher than the first. However, their employees were really nice and professional. I also liked that they carry all the equipment they’d need for work with them in their van.

I think they are an excellent company! They are certified, efficient, and trustworthy. I’ve had Mister Sparky work on three properties of mine, and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them perform additional work on any of them.

He was great! He showed me all of his credentials, and was very upfront about everything. I thought he was courteous and professional. I appreciated that he gave us a few options, and was honest and reasonable priced.

I was very happy with the quality of their work. The repairman who came to my home was helpful and accommodating. I had never dealt with an electrical contractor before, and I was really pleased with the experience they gave me.

I was rushing around trying to pack and leave town, when I shut a drawer and a spark came out of the wall socket. It scared me and finally I figured out how to turn off the circuit breaker. Not having an electrician, I called Mr Sparky and talked with a very comforting man who said that I'd done the right thing and that he could send out an electrician that afternoon. I called at 11:00 a.m. and the electrician arrived at 12: 30. He was great. He determined that the socket wasn't grounded and fixed it. He also did a free safety check around the house and found that the house wasn't grounded and needed a surge protector. I was very happy with the work that Rick the electrician did, and appreciate the calm manner of the man who answered the phone. I would definitely hire them again. And to top it off, the company sent me a dozen gourmet cookies that arrived yesterday. They were delicious, and such a nice surprise. Mr. Sparky of Katy is terrific!

While installing a reinstalling a loose light switch, my electricity stop working. I thought it was an electrical had a short since after flipping the breaker none of my electricity would come back on. I called Mister Sparky to come out a fix the problem, they promised to be out there within 2 hours at a base cost of 70 dollars. When the electrician arrived my electrical was working fine again, I was so embarrassed. The electrician laughed and said it happens one of the wires was probably touching the panel edges. He did a quick safe inspection and helped me install my light switch correctly, with no charge. Its nice to see some companies aren't out to take all they can steal. I am very grateful and relieved I called them, other company would have still made me pay for the service call.
