Albert Diaz is a wonderful service provider. He is friendly, prompt, professional and takes great pride in doing a great job. He cleaned all of my windows inside and out on a large two story house. I was expecting the bill to be twice as high and was pleasantly surprised. He also does pressure washing and came out the next day to do that. We have recently moved back to the Katy area and he will definitely be on my regular call back list.

I have used Albert previously and was and still am extremely impressed with him and his window-cleaning skill. He is EXCELLENT. I don’t say this lightly, as someone has to be truly excellent in every respect to impress me. After an unexpected and tragic death in our family, I called Albert on a Friday evening to see if he could come at 7:30 the following morning to clean all of our floor to ceiling glass panes and sliding glass doors in the main entertaining area of our home, as we were having family and friends to our home after the funeral later that day. Alpert arrived precisely at 7:30 A.M. as he said he would. He was amazingly fast, efficient, careful, professional, and kind, as well as more than reasonable in his pricing. In this case, he did far more than he was asked to do and even offered to help me close a TV cabinet, which my husband and I had been unable to close. You will LOVE Albert and his work.
