They are very reliable. They are also very honest.

I've bought two vacuums from Mason Road Vacuum and have been treated well both times, along with the times I've gone in for repairs and bags. It's a small business - just three people working there as far as I can tell - so I was understanding when it took a week to repair my vacuum. The owner definitely has a bias towards the vacuums he sells, but he was great when I bought my first one and took the time to show me how all the vacuums he sells are different and the pros and cons of each model.

I left the power head of a canister vacuum with them on a midday Friday for an estimate to fix or replace the cord, which was frayed. I asked for an estimate before any work was to be done. They told me they'd call the following Wednesday (5 days to get an estimate??), and I asked them to call on Monday instead, since all I wanted was the estimate. I heard nothing from them, so I called Tuesday afternoon: the estimate was for cord and FULL SERVICE, which I had not requested and which was nonsense, since they didn't even have the rest of the vacuum. Will go elsewhere for the repair, and will not return. Sleazy and disorganized.
