Manning Electric Company, Inc. is a family owned and operated business. Manning Electric has been in business since 1954 with the original location in Houston. Bill Manning owner of Manning Electric attended Texas Tech University and received his Master Electrician's License for the City of Houston in 1975. Manning Electric is also accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

Manning Electric is highly qualified for all your electrical needs. A large part of our business is remodels with many clients in River Oaks, West University and the Heights area. We work with builders, interior decorators as well as individuals seeking their own remodeling. We also do new construction and service calls. Service calls include individual dwellings as well as restaurants, and Management Companies.

Description of Work: Lost power due to a electrical panel issue. Manning Electric replaced a wire, bad breaker and serviced the remaining breakers in the panel.

The electrician came and looked at a light fixture that wasn't working and a recessed light not working. I needed to replact them so rescheduled for a couple of days later after I purchased the new fixtures. He replaced the fixture not working and another one and a light switch. He needed a different type of recesses fixture. He said he would find the fixture and come back to fix it in a couple of weeks. I haven't heard back but the other work he did was very good.
Description of Work: Replaced 2 light fixtures, changed a light switch and looked at a recessed light not working.

They were punctual and here on time every time. He worked with me to get what I wanted done because sometimes we have something in mind and it can't be done that way, so he understood what I wanted and we worked around it and settled on something that I was very happy with. I was very pleased with everything he did.
Description of Work: Manning Electric Company installed LED lights underneath and on top of my kitchen cabinets and they put them in my living room in some of the alcoves. They also moved a lot of switches for me and did a lot more electrical work during my renovation.
