Low and fair. They made the bed upstairs and they cleaned the kitchen which is all right. There are dust all over the furniture, they did not clean the refrigerator and they did not bring their own ladder. The cleaners are hesitant to go up the ladder and my husband had to do it and take everything off. She did go up the ladder but my husband still had to continue from there, He practically did it all. She just dusted the top but my husband had to finish it. They did good on the fans. One of the girls came in and one of the best worker who did the job is Annie. They are very nice girls and cheaper cost for the service. They were 3 of them and Daniel said he will send 1 person only. They came later and they were cleaning a long time. They had been doing the cleaning for 3 hours. There is also language barrier cause the cleaners do not speak in English very well.

The first visit they sent a message 20 minutes after their two hour window that they were just on their way. I canceled for the day as our schedule wasn’t going to be able to accommodate the lateness. Given a second chance, they arrived on time. But upon inspection there were many points that didn’t meet expectations of even a basic clean. One of the shower/tubs showed no evidence of clean, still plenty of dirt/scum. We asked to clean blinds, ceiling fans, and bathrooms. Blinds were only half done. Ceiling fans were filthy in living room and main bedroom. Downstairs bathroom looked like chemical had been sprayed and just left. I had to finish cleaning several areas. All in all two of them were here for just over two hours. In two hours I can do a better clean of a house that in general wasn’t very dirty. And I can do it without paying $130.

Crew arrived on time for the allotted schedule. The work was very poorly done. Vacuuming was not completed. Dusting only completed in certain spots. Bathroom floors disgusting!!! The worse service I have ever used. Would not recommend this company even for a light cleaning.
