+ -1 moreIt was a terrible experience. They texted me at 8:00 in the morning. They told me I have an appointment but I never requested an appointment and they told me I was gonna be charged if I wasn't available at home. I was furious because they have my card information and was worried that they will charge. They made the appointment. The appointment I made was one time only and I never made an appointment. I didn't want to rehire them because they don't have an insurance. I asked them to clean high places and the lady did went up and cleaned it but told us that she was in trouble. The pro David told her that their insurance doesn't cover if someone falls off a ladder. I will not be hiring them ever again.

+ -1 moreThey were very pleasant, they did a good job but they came too late and didn't have enough time to finish everything, since it was the first time they cleaned my house, I would use them again and I would book them earlier so they will have enough time to finish everything They did not clean my refrigerator or cleaned the windows which David said they would do, however since they know the house now, they will clean it next time since I would hire them again My house is two story , 35000 sq foot so they needed to start in the morning not at 1:45 pm however since i asked for them on the same day, it is partly my fault, I am sure they would do a great and perfect job the next time i would use them and I would recommend them.

+ -1 moreI love them. They are very agreeable. Always on time. Great at communicating arrival time. I would give them a triple a rating. Always courteous. If there is something they miss, and you bring it up to them. They are quick to bring that situation around. They are on a monthly ration with me. I do suggest them to family and friends.
