 + -1 moreCody was super nice. However, he was unable to inspect my roof because of the pitch. I opted not to pay extra for scaffolds, etc. for safety purposes.

 + 0 moreHe was real good with the carpentry part, which is what I needed to get done. He replaced a column out front for me and did some other woodworking around the front door. He just put one coat of paint on there. I wasn't as happy with the painting but I didn't hire him as a painter because I intend to get my house painted later or paint it myself. He did very nice work with what he was supposed to do. He went out of his way to try and find this column. The first one he brought was too thin and wasn't correct. He went out of his way to find another one for me, without having to order it, because I thought we were going to have to order it. I think the price was reasonable.

Description of Work: We contacted MC Construction for an estimate on building a porte-cochere onto our 3 car garage. Patrick, from MC Construction, came out to the house discussed the construction of the porte-cochere with us and provided us with an estimate.

It is always done right the first time and there are never any surprises on the bill at the end of the job. Every person that works for the company is easy to work with and I don't mind having in my homes.
Description of Work: MC Construction has done several jobs for us on all of our properties. The jobs have ranged from 300,000.00 to 10,000.00 and every time we have been more than satisfied.

 + -1 moreThey worked with their sister company, Cinco Pools, on creating a beautiful outdoor living space that looks mirrors the look of the home and is safe for our children. At first, the cost seemed a bit high to us.However, after considerable experience with contractors both personally and professionally, I know that you definitely get what you pay for. And, after looking around a little bit, their price was actually a little lower than some. Marcus is a top-notch guy who is nothing if not professional. We did this renovation while still living out of state, and Marcus' wonderful communication skills made this possible. They provided flat as well as 3D drawings to show us exactly what it would look like, which was so helpful, and he continued to send us photos via email and text throughout the process. We couldn't be any happier with their work, and would not hesitate to use them again. They are highly recommended!
Description of Work: We used M.C. Construction, LLC for an addition to our newly built home, which consisted of turning an existing bedroom suite into a living room, and then adding on an additional master suite and laundry room (in law quarters). They also added a cabana bath for use with our new pool, completely changed the roof line, and increased our covered outdoor space by almost 300%. They also put in wood floors on our stairway and upstairs game room, which came with carpet. Finally, they built a marvelous outdoor kitchen, which we love, love, love! The addition looks like the existing home, not an addition - it actually is a tremendous improvement to the interior (of course) as well as the exterior. They worked with their sister company, Cinco Pools, on creating a beautiful outdoor living space that looks mirrors the look of the home and is safe for our children.
