They removed the tile throughout the house and lay new tile and carpet. It's a very nice carpet, not a cheap carpet. It was for 4 bedrooms with carpets and the rest of the house tiled. There were no dislike and they did a great job.

I was very pleased with them. The salesman came directly with us to measure our home and provide an estimate very quickly. They will be installing the carpet. Very reasonable prices. I compared it to Home Depot and they were going to charge me for many extras. This company had one price that was reasonable and included everything. They have better quality carpets as well.

I went by store and picked up carpet samples to view at home with husband. Carter came early next AM and measured space. He went back to the office and called back with price for Stainmaster carpet and padding. We agreed on date. Installers arrived promptly and removed furniture from bedrooms and after installation put it back in place. They were very careful and worked very hard installing the carpet. They left no marks on the walls or baseboards and cleaned up after themselves. Carpet is beautiful and we are happy.

The floor creaks now and we had to stay in a hotel for 3 nights because they had our whole house torn up, even though they said that they would do one room at time. Also some of our floorboards are coming up now and we are gluing them back down.

They did a very good job. They were on time to the appointment and cleaned up everything after they were finished. The store was also very helpful with choosing the materials that would work best. They were also available to us if we needed anything after the projec was finished. Overall the quality of the work was excellent and were very satisfied.
