Description of Work: We had a custom pool designed and built in our small yard. Started with showing up at the store and wandering around and was greeted by Rick, who became our salesman. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to over sell me things and helped me to choose the best elements to make my pool what I wanted it to be. Warned me of potential snags and unexpected costs such as rerouting an electrical line. After several weeks of rain delay, we met our supervisor Raymond. He kept the subs in line and kept me informed of the timeline. Sometimes I felt like I needed more information and he answered my texts or calls promptly. Advice: tell them your communication expectations up front and avoid this frustration. Although the subs schedules changed at times, Raymond would always be there when he said he would. We made some last minute changes during the construction process such as adding additional concrete as the workers were there and it was handled with no complications. We are still having a few small kinks worked out but that is to be expected with any construction process. As a matter of fact, he just called with an update while I have been typing this. All in all, nobody's perfect but we are highly satisfied!

Description of Work: They build my new pool. My pool ended been too small but they never took the time to explaim me the size of the pool. I wished they had said something at the beginning. Once the pool was done, three years later I asked them that I wanted to make the pool bigger. Never took the time to came and give me an estimate. I had to use someone else. I called them to ask about who they used or get an estimate about the pool deck so it will match. Never heard from them. Very dissapointed with them.
