Juan contacted me about 10 minutes after I submitted on Angie's List. He coordinated with me to come out the next day. Without fail, he came out, evaluated the work I needed done and gave me a very reasonable price for the amount of work to be done. When I asked him when he could start, he said right away...which he did. The work, which I expected to take a few days was done in less than four hours with all the debris removed. I will definitely use them again.

I called this company 2 weeks ago to get an appraisal on removing 1 tree and trimming another. I also paid to have the stump removed and 2 trees planted. They immediately took down my tree and trimmed the other one. Did not get my 2 trees ...until almost 2 weeks later. They are SITTING in their pots in front of my house unplanted. 2 weeks. Someone finally came last Thursday and did grind down the stump but LEFT all of the mess behind. I have a mess in my front yard . This guy's name is Juan. Now I need to find someone to plant these 2 big trees and clean up the mess cause he won't even return my calls. I'm very upset because I've used this guy before. Guess because I'm a widow and live by myself it's okay to cheat me!!! Katy Tree Service will get nothing but bad mouth from me!! Please everyone in the Katy area repost. Thank goodness that is over!

They were trimming the trees in my yard. I want specific trees trimmed in my yard over my driveway which they did not do. They have been setting appointments and not showing up, or calling ever since. Now he is not even returning phone calls.
