 + -1 moreMovers showed up on time, wrapped everything, unloaded at the new place and put everything where we wanted it. They were finished in about 3 hours, which was less than their estimated time. It was a fixed price job, based on an item list filled out on their website.

 + -1 moreKaty Movers worked with me so that I could do some packing myself. They delivered packing materials and sent packers to help as well. On the day of the move the movers were on time, were careful with my things and with the house. They did not damage walls or furniture, The movers were pleasant and professional. This is a great local company!

Description of Work: Katy Movers showed up to our house for a pack and move service 3 HOURS LATE and without any boxes to pack! Also they said they would bring two 26ft moving vans but they only showed up with one 22ft enclosed trailer behind a truck! Considering they had yet to do anything they had told us they would do we were afraid to trust them with our valuable possessions! That being said we asked them to leave. After I called the owner to complain he did offer a discount if we chose to still work with them but we didn't think a discount would make us feel comfortable working with a company that could not show up on time to a job, and that did not bring the necessary tools or supplies! This being said I would steer clear of scheduling with this company!

 + -1 moreThe job went great. They did a good job. They got there on time and moved everything. After I looked into several companies, I decided to go with them because they were I believe the most reasonable one I talked to. They were good. I had a few damaged things. They were small, but the company sent someone out to fix it and repair it very quickly. That was really kind of to be expected.
Description of Work: Katy Movers located on Mason Road provided their moving services in July. We only moved three blocks and we only had them move our large items. It wasn't a whole house move.
