The owner, Marcus, was stellar from the time he gave us his estimate through the actual cleaning. His notebook included his Eagle Scout Award, which was so impressive to us as well as multi-awards in the industry. He was quick to point out his church membership and all in all, he was just a great guy. We have a handicapped son who lives with us, so having someone we can trust is most improtant to us. Marcus can be trusted and he completes his services and more with an acute dedication and an expert work ethic!

Our roof had been dark and old looking. Now it has returned to its original light brown color and looks brand new. Marcus and his assistant spent over 8 hours cleaning every inch of the huge roof and every inch of brick, stucco, cement walkways, patios, and driveways. Marcus is somewhat of a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. They were thorough and did more than expected. A 5-year transferable warranty is included. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Katy Memorial Roof Cleaning.

I called and spoke to Marcus, the owner, and he came out to give me an estimate on the work. He came with an assistant on the date we agreed on and even though it was a big job, they were done in about 5 hours. Everything looks clean and wonderful. Very professional.

Katy Memorial Roof Cleaning came out and gave us a quote and performed the work on 3/29/13. The roof looks brand new! There was a build-up of mildew and spores and they used a chlorine based cleaner with someone working on the ground to be sure our bushes were soaked properly so they did not die from the chemicals. They also power washed the painted parts of the house. Mr. Raif and his team did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. He actually teaches other contractors how to properly do this type of work.

Marcus was completely professional. He showed up when scheduled and did the work agreed upon for the agreed upon price. The house looks almost new again.

After doing a search on Angieslist, found Marcus and called him. Over the phone described the problem & he recommended power washing the exterior of the house. He provided me a quote over the phone, and we setup an appointment for the next day. Marcus came on time, with crew member. The crew member started the work, and finished the work in about 1.5 hrs. The mildew stains are now gone & the exterior looks clean. He invoiced me for the exact amount quoted. Overall, a good experience.

Marcus Raif gave us a reasonable quote, so we scheduled an appointment for driveway pressure washing. As requested, he called when on the way. Arrived promptly with a helper, explained the process and got started right away. The job was done in about an hour and the invoice matched the quote exactly. Marcus and his team were professional and courteous. We definitely recommend them.

The service was fine. They did a good job. However, they did not inform me to move any plants so a few of my plants were ruined. Other than that, they did a good job. My windows are still clean and the price was good.

I had seen this company listed in Angie's "Honor Roll" list so I gave them a call. Marcus the owner returned my call in 30 minutes while he was on another job. He came right out that afternoon and reviewed the roof and the brickwork we wanted to have cleaned. It took him 30 minutes to review the work to be done and to write up an estimate. The price is right on the money when you consider it comes with a 5 year warranty and the process he uses does NOT use a pressure cleaner which would normally void any roof warranty. This is a gentleman who takes great pride in his business and the quality of his work. Unfortunately I had to reschedule the morning of our appointment due to a water emergency at the house. He kindly rescheduled me for the following week. When he arrived as scheduled, on time, he knocked on the door and requested we stay in the house while he was treating the roof and the other work that was to be completed. An hour and a half later, he was done and it looked like a new roof! The chimney brick along with a badly stained brick wall all looked brand new again too! There was no damage to the house or any vegetation surrounding the house. Marcus explained again what he did and that if it rained in the next day or so that the roof would come out cleaner as the moisture would reactivate any chemical residue and rework any possible soil on the roof. It happens it rained the next day and the roof was even better. I didn't think that could be possible! Neighbors noticed the work he had done immediately and asked for his card. The neighbor across the street hired Marcus to come and do his roof and fireplace and he could not believe the difference and how neat they worked. This is a Great Business and you can't go wrong hiring Marcus to get it done right the first time. You get a Quality Job, you get your hard earned moneys worth, and you won't feel like you've been mislead either. Marcus gives 110% for his clients and Well Deserves his "A" rating on Angie's List.

The finished product was great it took and it was completed in a short time.

I had a good experience with Marcus from Katy Memorial. I appreciated talking with the person who would be doing the work. He explained exactly the process, the chemicals and the procedure. He was on time and maintained the schedule we agreed upon. When complete, his work was exactly what he promised. He protected the plants, lights and covered the keyholes. He cleaned up after he was complete. I will use his service in the future.

It didn't rain for a while, so the chemical they used on the roof dripped down on to the grass and killed some of it. We really didn't expect that to happen. The work they did on the roof itself was very good. Their prices were comparable to other companies in the area.

I received other estimates and just felt at that time that he was the highest. Price is the most important thing for me. How hard is power washing, if I had a power washer I would have done it myself.

Marcus came right out, explained what he and his crew would do and how they would do it. He showed before and after pictures of previous jobs. I asked for a roof cleaning and he explained the south side didn't need it which saved me money. He explained his approach was to use a combination of pressure and cleaning agents that doesn't remove a layer of paint. And, he neutalized any runoff so it wouldn't hurt the landscaping. Everthing looked great afterward. The roof and sidewalks looked like new and the mold on the gutters was gone.

I called the office and was told they would forward my contact information to Marcus (owner). He called me back within a couple of hours and worked with me to coordinate a visit so he could work up an estimate. We agreed on a date for the work, and he said he would come out between 12 - 1 pm on the appointed date. Marcus and his technician (didn't catch his name) arrived at 12:45 and after brief introductions and explanation they got straight to work. They spent quite a bit of time taping over door locks and door bells to ensure water didn't damage the electronics. Then they took the time to move all of my patio furniture and my gas grill to an out-of-the-way area. (I asked if they wanted me to do this and they refused to let me.) They then sprayed a pre-soak chemical especially in some heavily mildewed areas. Then they powerwashed everything that I had asked them to do. The house looks remarkably better so I am happy with the quality. The price was exactly what he quoted me so no issues there. The total activity took between 2-3 hours. Overall I was quite pleased with my experience and would not hesitate to use this company again.

The job was great. I thought the proce was a bit high, but was in a hurry. No complaints about the job at all.

I called Marcus on Thursday to secure his services of pressure washing the exterior brick of our home. We decided on Monday at 12:00 Noon. Marcus arrived on time Monday. He and I walked around the exterior of the house as he explained to me what needed to be done. Marcus did an excellent job; even performing an additional service of pressure washing the bricks around the flower garden and the patio screens at no extra charge. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT MARCUS PERFORMED AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

They came out and they powerwashed the entire house and the driveway. Katy's also did all of the windows on our house and they powerwashed all of our outside furniture.
