Marcus and his team did an exceptional job. He contacted me right away when I inquired about getting service. My back patio is a very complicated and difficult job. It's peaked with beams and a planked roof which makes it difficult to spray and wash and requires looking at it closely and hitting it from all angles. In addition my patio butts up against a pond and stream feature that has fish and plants that are much loved. I was worried about killing my fish and plants and was careful to choose a provider that is a professional and would be willing to take the extra time and care to mitigate the risks to my fish and plants. I chose Marcus because of his certifications and his expertise - he's not just a guy that got a truck and a power washer and goes to the local big box store to get chemicals. I removed my fish and the plants that I could, and he tarped everything else. His assistant was very careful in the washing and I'm happy to say everything survived with no issues or stress. I really appreciate the extra care. It's hard to find people that treat your property with the care they would treat their own - it's my biggest pet peeve. In addition, I spotted a few areas missed under the cover because the beams blocked the spray - you have to hit the angle just right. They guys already had everything picked up and ready to go, but they unpacked and went back to properly hit the spot again to finish the job with no complaint and with the same care as before. I would highly recommend Katy Memorial to anyone looking for quality work.

They are simply great - not just in what they do; but as a home service provider of any kind, they is one of the best I have seen. They would get an A+ if that could be done in AL.. You have to book them early because they are so busy, no surprise there. They also seems to have great technology, and will do all necessary area clearing without any shortcuts. In any case, results are outstanding.

After reading Angie's List reviews, I decided to contact Katy Memorial & Power Washing. We set a date for Mr. Raif to meet with me and give an estimate. He arrived on time and gave me a couple of choices for exterior cleaning options. I chose to have the entire exterior of my 2 story home cleaned (this did not include the roof). The results were fantastic. The house looked so different. He recommends having the exterior cleaned every 2 years - and I will be calling him in 2 years!

Everything looks great. They did what they said they would and more. I would definitely use them again and refer to friends.

Mildew had formed on the northwest siding and chimney of my two story house. The mildew was very noticeable to me (and the HOA). I called four A rated Angie's List power washing companies to get estimates. Katy Memorial contacted me the same day and gave me a quote over the phone. The other three contacted me the next day with one giving me a quote on the phone (at three times the price). I chose Katy Memorial because the price was very reasonable and they could do the job on my schedule. Marcus and his crew arrived early and were already getting prepared when I went out to meet them. The job was performed very thoroughly and professionally as promised. I would highly recommend Katy Memorial Roof Cleaning and Power Washing to all of my neighbors and anyone using Angie's List.

Marcus was extremely prompt and professional. His pricing was more than fair. We did not have any landscaping or plants affected by the pressure washing or the chemicals he used. He and his crew treated our property as if it were their own. Our roof looks amazing/brand new. I would highly, highly recommend Marcus. This was one check we were happy to write.

It went well. Marcus is awesome. He is very nice and knows what he is doing. Do remember to check the seals on your doors. Some of the spray came through and the chemicals stained my couch. Maybe ask him to tape the seals. I would recommend him to anyone who needs exterior cleaning services of their home.

Marcus did an excellent job in cleaning the driveway and fence. He was prompt, reasonably priced and very thorough in his work. I would highly recommend his power washing services and will call him again.

I can not say enough good things about Marcus and his company. I emailed Marcus through Angie's List. He responded quickly. He even agreed to come over on a Sunday to give me a quote. His work surprised me. He took great care in everything he did. He just did such a wonderful job. I did not have one single complaint. He scrubbed even in the nooks. My house looks great! Just like it did seven years ago. I was amazed. He even washed my old dog house and I could not believe all of that old mold (at least 10 years of it...gross) cleaned up perfectly. I have to add that he told me he would be here at 8am. He was here exactly at 8am. I also have to add that he honored the Angie's List coupon. I did not even have to ask about it. He offered the discount right away. His price was very fair.

The owner, Marcus Raif, came to my house and powerwashed my house, front and back porches, driveway, and sidewalk in front of my house. In addition, he cleaned my roof. Before he actually performed the job, he looked everything over and told me what power washing could and could not do. There were some stains on my driveway from fertilizer that would not come off with powerwashing. He was polite, professional, and gave me the cost of the job. My house looked good after he completed the work and the roof looked like new! Some of the grass around my house was dead, however, after he got done. I really don't know whether it was from the power washing or from cleaning the roof. Overall, I was pleased with the results. He had power washed my house in the past and I plan to use Mr. Raif's company in the future.

Marcus and his assistant arrived about five minutes early and went right to work. They were neatly dressed in white uniforms and very professional looking. They began work on the back side of my house, thoroughly cleaning my filthy patio with their pressure washer and a large machine which had a big round, flat scrubber which really got all the dirt, mildew and grime off of the patio, driveway and sidewalks. They even moved by hand a car parked on my drive which didn't start by pushing it forward enough to pressure wash and scrub the soiled area beneath the car, and then pushed it back into place when they were finished. Despite another problem of some very high bushes growing up against the second floor at the back of my house, they worked around these bushes and managed to get the Hardiplank siding and the upper trim very clean. After cleaning the patio, driveway, and sidewalks, Marcus explained that he never use a pressure washer on a house because it could take off the paint. To clean my house, Marcus and his assistant power-washed my entire house using a lower pressure of water mixed with a mildew removing solution that removed every bit of mildew and grime from my house, both on the first floor bricks and the upper story Hardiplank. In addition, Marcus helped me to wrap plastic around my wood and glass front door, which is finished in a dark stained varnish, to protect my door from the cleaning solution. When Marcus and his assistant were finished with power washing my house, we removed the plastic. My wood and glass front door stayed dry and in fine condition. Marcus also pressure washed the large flat rocks I have that form a border on each side of my front walk leading up to the front door. Any repairs needing to be done to my house trim are now easily visible, so when my house painter came the following day to inspect my house, he had no trouble finding a few areas needing work. Since I am putting my house on the market to sell in a few weeks, it is very important that my house to look as good as possible. The power washing and pressure washing that Marcus and his assistant did greatly enhanced the curb appeal of my 18-year old house. I should have no trouble attracting prospective buyers, now. My house looks almost new!!

Marcus performed more work than was requested at the same price , I would consider that a real value and would highly recommend .

This is a HUGE house! He was very professional. He explained everything and gave us the estimate up front. His method of cleaning doesn't take the paint off the side of the house like others. He was just wonderful: knowledge, professional, punctual and effective.

Everything went very well from the proposal stage through the performance of the work. The end result exceeded my expectations and the price was reasonable. In particular they removed a stain from the stucco that I thought was impossible to remove.

Contractor arrived as scheduled and performed the work to my complete satisfaction.

We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked well. We had to bring them back because they missed a couple of areas, but they came back and did it without extra charge.

The experience with Katy Memorial Roof Cleaning & Power Washing was wonderful. Before they did the job, they provided an estimate, in which they arrived on the agreed upon time. They were extremely nice and friendly, and when they completed the job very quickly and thoroughly. The price was great, which was also a plus!

Marcus came out (on time) and spoke with us about the work to be done. Showed his insurance and other papers. Highly professional and courteous. A genuinely nice person to boot. At the agreed on day and time (again!) Marcus and his co-worker showed up ready to go. They did more that originally bargained for. All work was excellent. After completion we did a walk around to assure everything was to our satisfaction. It was. The improvement to the looks of the property was amazing. Its difficult to overstate the improvement. A word of caution. There is a big difference between pressure washing and power washing. Pressure washing blows the dirt off the house and may damage the substrate (siding, brick, etc.) We were very concerned about damage from high pressure blasting. Marcus and crew are actually certified in power washing, a much more gentle process. Power washing uses chemical and lower pressure to remove the dirt with out destroying the substrate. If you are considering having your house cleaned make sure you use someone who knows power washing. If Marcus works your area use him, you will not be disappointed.

They did very well, and I highly recommend them. They didn't power wash the roof, they used a different type of cleaning system to ensure they didn't damage my composite roof. There was more discoloration on one side of the roof than the other, and the company only cleaned the portion that needed it. I appreciated this, because they could have easily told me the whole roof needed cleaning and charged me a lot more than was actually needed. They were also very professional.

Marcus and his crew did a great job. We were not home when they came, but everything they power washed looks great.

I received one of those HOA letters telling me I needed to clean the back of my house (north facing). I immediately turned to Angie's List to find the right person for the job. Marcus came out for an estimate on Friday. He was very professional, listened to what I needed done and gave me an estimate for the work without trying to sell me anything I didn't immediately need. He gave some helpful recommendations but didn't push to increase the job size. He knew exactly what needed to be done based on the HOA letter. He told me he could come out that next Tuesday and complete the job. I did not need to be home for the service, so I don't know details of how the work was completed but I came back to house that was extremely clean (at least the part the HOA noted). And the gutter was cleaned out. I will definitely call Marcus again when I need roof and/or power washing services.
