Katy Memorial Roof Cleaning & Power Washing

Very good, very professional. Marcel and his helper showed up as scheduled and started to work. Due to my wife's many potted plants, areas of the patio had a heavy coating of mildew that they had to chemical wash before they cleaned it. An hour and a half later, though, our concrete looked new. They even cleaned a small area near the front door they hadn't included in their estimate. We will definitely recommend them to family and neighbors.

Meticulous, professional, thorough. That's how I would describe our experience with Marcus today. He was punctual and courteous, and exceedingly professional. I was immensely impressed with the speed with which he accomplished the project (solo) and the level of cleanliness/thoroughness he achieved (given that this is quite likely the first time our house has been power washed in the last 30 years). I've no doubt we will be calling upon him again when the time comes, and will not hesitate to recommend his services.

Marcus was very professional, punctual and nice when he showed up for the bid. I appreciate the fact that they are INSURED, A-rated on BBB, A-rated on Angie's list, and the company is a certified member of the Power Washers of North America, which means they have the current knowledge on what-to-do and what-not-to-do. The fact that Marcus is an Eagle Scout is another bonus! On the day of the job, they gave a courtesy call before their arrival and showed up on time. They protected the lawn with plastic banners while washing. They treated the exterior walls of my house with some solution that completely took out the spots and kept the breaks intact. The before washing and after washing photos were just amazing! Great job! I am so glad that we used them. Their pricing is quite competitive. It's the not the cheapest online, but for the quality and insurance aspect, I would definitely recommend them and use them again! Thank you!

Marcus was very professional, showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up, all in a safe, and efficient manner. He has high values. Marcus pays attention to detail, was very careful with our shrubs, and took extra care ensuring a top quality job. He was very open to me pointing out a few very minor spots on our large 2 story house that I wanted him to clean again, which he happily did. He also did a good job pressure washing our fence to prep it for me restraining. Our home and driveway look new again! I would highly recommend him.

The roof had not been cleaned in 12 years. It is a large, very steep roof. Katy Memorial Roof Cleaning did an excellent job. He was very professional and did very well with the walkways, the house, and the driveway. I have a deck around my pool that had been re-coated about 5 or 6 years ago. He used so much pressure when he washed it that it chipped up my deck. I now have to get my deck resurfaced. I think that he should have adjusted the pressure. He attempted to give me a reason why this happened, but if he thought that would happen, I would have preferred that he didn't even clean the deck.

They did an excellent job. The brick and siding looked like new. The only problem was that my windows were all dirty and I had to have them cleaned afterward but it was worth it to have the house look so good.

I contact K-MPW and Marcus called me back quickly and answered my questions. He came out within day or two to gie estimte and then returned with his crew to perform services. They were on time and very professional. Pool deck which had a lot of mildew/stains, now looks like new!

Excellent, and fast service. They power washed with a bleach solution as opposed to pressure washing. Looks good and they did not pressure me to purchase additional services as some providers have done.

Great service and great price. Needed patio cleaned so I could paint it. After he finished, didn't need to paint. It was just dirty. Very nice guy. Showed all insurance papers and references. Will use again.

They were very careful with the landscaping and placed a barrier between our plants and the spray. Fence was 10 yrs old and now looks great! This is the third time we've used them. All times very happy with results and cost. Prompt, professional company.

I had a roofing company do some repairs and preventative maintenance on my roof. The contractor recommended me to clean my roof and it would match the new shingles he put on. I didn't even know this service existed prior to him telling me this. I called Katy Memorial Roof Cleaning to get a quote after looking on their website. I was impressed with their 5 year warranty and certification. The answering service told me that someone would be calling me within a couple of hours. Around noon, Marcus called me and told me he would swing by my house to give a free estimate at 1pm. I have a 2200 square foot, single story home and he quoted me around $700. But he applied a coupon from his website and dropped $50 off the cost since he was already in the neighborhood. I told him to go ahead and do it. His team did a good job protecting my flower beds while perfoming the cleaning. The roof now looks brand new!

If only every contractor were just like Marcus. this gentlemen sets a high bar by calling right back, keeping you informed of his visits for estimating and for completing the work, he has all of his insurance and certification paperwork ready for you to inspect without having to ask, and he is just very pleasant to deal with. the results are amazing -- all the bug junk and dirt that gets all over the house especially near the lights is gone and the roof looks pristine. the roof is barrel tile style so the tiles show the mold that grows naturally from exposure to moisture, etc. the house is only 4 years old but there is a lot of dirt and mold that builds up. you can trust Marcus to do the work on time and with the utmost of care.

Marcus did another really good job for me. He's power washed my house in the past and I'm always pleased with his work. Everything he cleaned looked new when he was finished. I would absolutely recommend Marcus for power washing.
