JS Tree Service did great work to remove frost-killed trees and other vegetation & replaced those areas with flowers and trees I ordered and they picked up. Polite & friendly staff who clearly know what they are doing. Would definitely recommend this company and use again.

Melvin was very accommodating. He put us on a waiting list because he was very busy- which is a good thing. But when an opening came up he contacted us. He gave us good recommendations. Our trees look great!

They did a good job but tried to charge me for the removal of the cut tree limbs. I told them no do to the heavy trash will pick it up and then they ended up taking it anyway.

These guys are good at what they do. Very fast service.

We hired J.S Tree Service to perform minor grading at our home. We told them the job was time sensitive. They came by Saturday to see the job and said they would move things around and perform the work on Sunday or Monday. We provided a 50% deposit. Sunday/Monday became Tuesday/Wednesday which became Wednesday/Thursday. We asked for our money back due to the time but then they said they would arrive on Wednesday. They did not. As a result, we have had to dispute the cost with our bank. They are NOT RELIABLE.

Responded to calls and texts but did not follow through. Nice guys and hard-working subcontractors with no attention to detail. Talked a good game but did not deliver a quality product. If they had done what was needed then the money would have been worth it. I am giving up waiting for them to fix my sprinkler heads that they broke and finish leveling out the yard. At least the back-breaking work was mostly done. I can work out the rest but wasnâ t expecting to have to do so much more. I am disappointed that I hired these guys.

ON time and finish the job fast

I have not been able to connect with Alex Moncayo at J. S. Tree Service regarding an area of the yard they failed to level and sod. I left a message last Saturday, January 15th and again today at his number 832 785 2725. He attempted to reach me about eleven o clock today but I was unable to get to the phone in time. There is a resolution, as the company came and replaced what needed to be done in an orderly matter and in an orderly time period.

They completed work on schedule.

Price a little high but excellent work

These people were awesome. And the value was tremendous! They came when they said they would and worked hard to trim trees and get pine needles off the roof of our home. I would hire them again. Hard working people Clean up good. Very friendly Fair prices. Good communication.

Marlon, including his wife and crew were very accommodating and did a great clean up job. All three trees took down required a good deal of skill which they did with little or no issues. The break that happened in my sprinkler line, they immediately fixed early the next morning. Jose reached out to me several time to make sure all was going ok. I would use them again.

Estimators very professional, explained different options/pricing thoroughly and QUICK service. I hired them Tuesday afternoon, they were trimming my tree the next morning.
