I approved of the service that I received. They were helpful in providing information about tree removal and placement.

The sales pitch was good, but the sales person would not return my phone call request, could not get the receipt requested, he just went GHOST on me. Whats up with these companies that you cannot talk with directly with? Everything is TEXT??? That is not satisfactory with me. It was a bad experience They OVERCHARGED me for a tree that should have costed less that what I paid... I will never us this service again.

Communication and the lack thereof was an issue. The overall finished service product is of mediocre quality. The crew will take personal materials and begin to cut them up and use as needed so keep an eye out for that. Towards the end they kept trying to slap bandaids over my concerns and dismiss me. I paid their remaining material balance in anger to simply be done with them. I will now begin looking for someone else to fine tune and correct the issues they left behind. In reading the past negative reviews they have had an excuse or a story to make their side look like they have done the best they can or deflect blame on ownership, I expect the same here.

We were forced to give a minimum of one star. In reality though, we cannot even give J.S. Tree Service one star because they came on my property and cut down my beautiful, huge Palm Trees without our permission! Charles Cory looked at our yard on Google Earth and told my husband the trees could not be relocated which is what we wanted done. He then emailed him an invoice to cut the trees down. A lady in his office, Martha maybe, called and asked my husband to pay 40% of the invoice amount to get us on the schedule. He told her NO, WE DO NOT WANT TO HAVE THE TREES CUT DOWN…two days later, while we were away from home, they entered our yard without permission and cut our trees down. The yard was rutted from the stump grinder, our fend was damaged and our pool was FULL of debris! To say we feel violated is an understatement. We are sick over this. When we called Charles, he accused us of scamming them!! I do not have any idea why they cut our trees without our permission…with an accepted proposal we never received one, without the 40 percent deposit they say was required and without a signed contract - we were never given one of those either! This is the most bizarre situation and I do not know what will happen next but I can say, I would never recommend J.S. Trees to anyone for anything!

They left 1-2 large roots but otherwise did a great job with our tree removal. VERY fast, convenient, polite.

They did a complete drainage system from backyard to front. they also did channel drainage around the patio. It's gorgeous and we're thrilled with the results!

The team came and broke my fence down to bring their grinder in, they did not ask me before doing it, and did not repair it when they were done with the work. They promised to fix it and later denied it. They did try to clean after the removal and trimming were done, but they left branches on the roof and along the path from the backyard to the front. The branches on the roof blocked the water from coming down to the gutter. Very irresponsible. I gave them tips after work, but I regret it. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Damaged my House they used the cheapest repair people they could find Damaged wood fence did not say anything then just stuck broken fence board back together; damaged cyclone fence never said anything ;would not give me a total itemized invoice after calling several times to get one would not return calls left yard in a mess had to call them back ; would make good car sells man

Didn't show up at promised time, didn't answer phone when I tried to call, but they did show up later in the day on the appointment date. Once there they were very nice and did a good job. I would hire them again.

My neighbor recommended them. I called Monday morning, he came by Monday evening, at a convenient time for me and gave me a quote. They came on Tuesday, did the work, cleaned up and hauled off the limbs. I appreciate the prompt response and the quality of work. I would hire again and will definitely recommend!!
