They observed my tree and described the options that were available along with the costs for each. They also provided a link to an independent resource which showed the average costs of the services they provide. I asked which option made sense for me, and the answer was not the most expensive package. I agreed to the suggestion and the service was performed timely within a few days. I will call them again when it is time for my tree to be serviced.

They did great work, I cant complain on that. What I will complain about is the guy was pushy to get hired. I told him I had another person coming to give a quote, and he was real quick to put papers and pressure on my husband, who is not good with pressure. As soon as my husband said *lets do it*, I lost my *I have another guy coming* status. I did tell the owners how it made me feel. And they said the guy was one of the best. Oh well... I have learned not to have hubby around when I have quotes coming.

Jose and Alex were very courteous and worked hard to provide the services I needed at a price I was willing to pay. The team was courteous and respectful and ensured that I was happy with the service provided before leaving.

The team showed up before 10am and went straight to work. 6 guys and they all knew what to do. They cleared, cleaned and left within 4 hours. I would rehire them.

JS Tree service gave me a quote that was not accurate and refused to make right the oversight on their part. Tree branches that were obviously visible on initial inspection were not removed. The only problem with the quality of the work was this glaring neglect

I was very impressed and would not hesitate to hire them again. The phone personnel were very professional kept in touch and gave me a correct window of time. It was all good. Tree trimming should last 2-3 years.

I had a tree trimmed the day before a hurricane threat. I think I wouldâ ve been quoted less if not for that. Overall the owner Jose was attentive, and available for my needs. He had his crew there within an hour. I will definitely refer.
