Excellent job !!.. Reasonably priced, quite and peaceful workmanship, did a great clean up. Will definitely call on them again, when plumbing needs arise.

We had floors redone 3 years ago and the flooring company did not properly reseat the toilets. So we have had intermittent problems with water leaking but not sure where it was coming from. Mr Humphrey told us we could reseat existing toilets or replace. We elected to replace since we preferred the higher seats on the ones that we purchased.

Very nice and professional. Charged me for changing out a kitchen faucet, but also looked at two of my toilets and didn't charge me for that. I used this company in the past to have my hot water heaters drained and was very pleased with them. I feel like they are very honest and also perform quality work.

Mr. Humphry attended this emergency call in a short space of time due to the urgent nature of this flooding, although across town on another service call. We had approximately an inch of standing water in most of the ground floor of our home. He stopped the leak with a temporary repair and aided the initial cleanup. He recommended and contacted a remediation company who immediately came to assist the major cleanup effort, and have since started doing the rebuild work. Mr Humphry returned a few days later and dealt with the permanent repairs to the water lines in a quick and efficient manner. He also resolved a few other minor plumbing issues whilst here and checked through the rest of the house to ensure no other plumbing issues appeared to exist. He has advised on other related matters associated with this flooding issue and has generally been extremely helpful in this matter. We have called Mr Humphry out in the past and found him to consistently provide a great service and at a fair price; his work is of the highest standard in our opinion.

He was on time. He had a very competitive price. He gave me the estimate on a Wednesday and came that same week (Friday) to do the install. He and his helper were careful to keep the house clean, were very nice and respectful, and professional. He was done in 3 1/2 hours. There was a leak due to a cracked pvc fitting. He came on a Sunday to inspect and repair the leak. He ended up replacing the fittings with brass and no further problems.

They were top-rated and available. They were right on time. They took our toilet out and left all of stuff from the toiled laying out on the tile when they left so we had to mop that up.

They did a very good job and I was very happy with their quality of service. They were very professional, friendly and responsive. They also did some extra work for me and did not charge me for that. The price was very reasonable and he also offered me discount on the quoted price. It was a wonderful experience working with them.

I talked with Mr. Humphrey and he explained the likely cause and prices. While I was at work they came to my house (outside), diagnosed, and fixed the problem for the price Mr. Humphrey stated. Then he trusted me to pay him when I returned home from work. I was SUPER pleased. And a day later I have no leak, so all seems well.

They came out and they fixed my sprayer the was attached to the kitchen sink, and they also fixed a faucet that had been messed up for two years. He did a great job.

I always call Humphreys when I have a plumbing need.

Mr Humphrey was ahead of schedule, so he called to come by earlier, which was okay by me. We had a dripping bathtub faucet that is upstairs. The tub has a siding panel that needed to be removed to access the plumbing. After working an hour to remove the siding, he and his partner found the drip was in the faucet and replaced the washers. I was charged 2 hours labor and a $25.00 trip charge. I had asked that the handles of the faucet be aligned. After Mr. Humphrey left, I discovered that the handles were not aligned, as I had requested. We called him back a few times and he came back to finish the job, and apologized.

We use Humphrey for all of our minor plumbing work. He does a really good job and is a professional worker. We were impressed by his ratings and he lives up to them. He is an honest man and very dependable. He does fantastic work.

I have no issues with the equipment or the company at all. I was very pleased with the work that was done. They really made sure to answer all of our questions and make us feel comfortable with our financial decision. I would recommend this company to anyone that is need of a great company.

The project went great. I called and explain the problem to the owner Robert Humphrey and he gave us an estimate over the phone. We scheduled an appointment. They were timely in getting here and did a terrific job installing the new copper pipes.

Excellent. I called about 9:30 a.m. and plumber Kenneth arrived at 11:30 a.m. Very competent plumber who did the job with a minimum amount of inconvenience for us. Would definitely use this company again.

I have had two year's experience with this company. The company delivered what they promised when they said they would. The work went in steps and was completed on time. It was a task to replace the old pipes, but now the entire house has all new copper plumbing.
