They came out and they told me they would have to install some other piping and I had determined before I made the purchase that I needed a short water heater instead of the regular height, I needed the shorter one which is what I ordered. So they told me that and it was very expensive for them to install it and then install this new piping so I asked if they could leave the water heater and they said no and so they just took everything and left and then I bought it through someone else and had it installed. My other experiences were okay, with the store had been fine. The water heater itself wasn't bad but then with the installation and they were using a contractor and that's the contractor they've used, and this was the location, I think it's called Vickinson Road in Houston, it's in south-eastern area 'cause sometimes you go by the areas because I guess they use different contractors for different areas. I didn't have any service, I thought they brought the wrong one because the other person that installed the short one didn't. And I tried to give him the tall one when he went to get the short one that I've ordered, that's why they probably had the wrong one when they came out before.

They were very good and efficient. We didn't use them because we couldn't decide whether to have hardwood floors or carpets. They followed up on the quote. The guy who came out to measure was efficient. He turned up when he was supposed to. I told them that I needed to wait a while and they didn't pester me about it after that.

They did a good job. They started and finished when they said would.

The worker was pleasant enough, he did a good job of installing the controller and we haven't had any problems since. He came when he was supposed to. We chose this Home Depot because they're right around the corner from us. It took about a half hour to install.

I am very pleased with the work that Home Depot did on my new enclosed patio. I bought a new storm door and carpeting for the patio from them, they sent out service people to do the installation work. The men that did the work did a great job with no problems at all. The glue that was used on the carpeting was very strong smelling and took about a week to go away. I have used Home depot for a lot of things over the years and they always send out good people to do there work.

Home Depot answered my call promptly and followed up readily with an estimate and service call. They were very reasonable with their prices and were able to explain the specific reason for codes and warranties. The service call was scheduled as soon as a day and time were set. The technician was on time. He took off the old opener and installed a new one. He cleaned up any mess and did a great job.

Terrible! That is the only word to describe the service. The people were late, the timing was off, and the work was horrible! I think they actually subcontract out to people, but I am not sure. I have heard this from a few other people. Whoever was subcontracted they need to get rid of them. I was very upset with the whole situation. I would possibly hire them again if I knew who they were going to hire the work out to, because I like Home Depot.

We purchased a ceiling fan from them, and they hired Frank Garza to install it for us. The fan was huge and even came with a remote control. The worker was polite, professional and called ahead to make sure we were there and that it was okay for him to come out. He installed it himself and was reasonably priced.

Home Depot sent people out one day after I called. They were very busy with storm damage all over the Katy area. They repaired the opener and reprogrammed the control boxes we use to open it. The job was done in one hour and done well. The door opens quicker since the repair job, as apparently some contacts were slightly eroded.

It took them 4 hours to complete the work. They made mistakes on measurements for the doors, then corrected the mistakes and installed the doors. The quality of the work wasn't what I expected, but it was okay.
