Sent Angie's List message to Walfredo about making an appointment the next day and he responded at 8am the next day and came out to provide free estimate that same day. Tenant said he was punctual, professional, and resolved issue quickly. I've finally found a reliable handyman that is reasonably priced.

I called three contractors for a bid. Walfredo was the only one who responded. He was able to come out the next morning and look at the job I needed done. He answered all my questions and was very professional. I received the estimate the same day later in the evening. I was impressed at the responsiveness. While his pricing was very competitive (not much mark up on materials) and labor pricing was fair, the entire job was outside of my budgeted spend right now. Placed request on website, received a call in a few minutes. He came by the next day and took on a very difficult door from the 80's that was stuck fast with a broken handle. It was a hard job but he got it done and it looks nice...we worked out a solution that didn't evolve replacing the old door. I am very happy with the work..no way I could have done it my self.

Called and left voice mail for Walfredo for the work I wanted him to schedule out. In the past, he was very punctual on response and setting up appointments and did great work for me in the past. He texted that he couldn't answer the phone and to text him my request. I texted him. Didn't hear back for a couple days, texted him again. He said he would get back to me that Friday to discuss. Never heard back from him. No text, no return call. A week later, texted him again to ask him if he wanted to come schedule the job, never heard from. Will not use again.

Terrific job! Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Very responsive, the job was done within a week of initial contact even though it was during the Christmas/New Year holiday week! I recommend highly.

It was phenomenal. He gave a free estimate within two hours of my original phone call. Agreed to perform the service the next day at 9:00 am. He was prompt and along with his wife finished the job in professional manner within six hours. We would definitely hire them again. They couldn't have been more friendly, pleasant, or responsive.

He brought his son to help on the day of the work at no additional charge. The work was done fast (about 4 hrs) and well and they cleaned up after they were done. Walfredo was awesome! He installed a wall mount for our 42 inch TV and it looks fantastic. He was punctual as he always is. The prices for work he has done in our home are always very reasonable. We will continue to use his services for future projects.

Great! Walfredo was right on time; he came fully prepared for the job to be done. His work is excellent and he takes care to clean up after the work is completed. The tile is beautiful! This is the second job Walfredo has done for us and we will be hiring him again for some additional work we need to have done following Hurricane Irma.

As always, Walfredo did a great job. The old doors were mirrored and we replaced them with wood doors. The work was completed in a very short time and the doors look great. We have had Walfredo do several projects for us over the past year and will definitely use him again in the future should the need arise.
