They arrived on time, were professional and polite and got the work done. That night I noticed a little issue that both of us didn't notice on the walk through of the work. He came back the next day and fixed it quickly.

He was absolutely on time 9:00am sharp! He stayed until aboug 3:30 ish until the job was complete. His price is highly competitive and the results are great! He and his wife work together and they're absolutely adorable! He KNOWS what he's doing! Only "don'ts" is that he doesn't have a truck designed to haul. I had to rent the Home depot truck to bring the doors to the house and was responsible to remove the old ones to the trash. But, that is how he keeps his price down and I'd much rather do my own hauling than have it built in to a much higher price for the actual work and remodeling. I have him coming back in a couple of weeks to install new track lighting in my old fashioned bathroom. Can't wait!!

It was a pleasure to meet Walfredo and his wife. He was always at the work site before I arrived. He did the work fast and efficiently, and he even predicted accurately the time that he would be all finished the job. When he encountered a problem with the old fence parts being too small for the new top post, he did a great job of improvising and made them fit. I will definitely hire him again in the future.

He did a very good job, arrived when he said he would be here, did a neat and very good job in repairing the wall inside and outside. He does not do stucco work so that and the painting of that particular area still has to be done but the major work is complete.

I know it is not easy to do such a repair and make it seamless, but he did a FINE job. He had everything he needed with him to do the job. I am very happy with the work and he was able to get here quickly, which I appreciated.

I had Handyman the Fix-it LLC come out and install this A/C unit into the window in the garage so I could transform the space into a gym. The window was very tight so this was not an easy install by any means. I was pleasantly surprised that they did not complain about this and manipulated the window to make sure the installation was able to be done. They also took their time and did not rush the install as it took more time than anticipated. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would hire them again.

Walfredo did a great job. He worked all day in the heat and sun. He gives an honest amount of work for the agreed upon price. If you use him you will not be disappointed.

He had to go to Lows ( one block from my residence) to get the spout and the metal plates for screen door, He said that the part were 68.00 I never saw the receipt for parts, he said the parts were very expensive, I new that the spout was no more than $19.00 I don't know the price of the of the metal plates, i'll find out, I was charge $169.75 for parts and labor, not only myself, my son and two of my neighbors said that the labor was very high for what he did, I confirmed this when one of my neighbors gave me the number of a person that also does Handyman work, I requested an estimate from him it came to be $60.00 labor plus the parts big difference. Also I notice today when looking for his company in Angie's list that 10% discount is offer to seniors. Walfredo never mention it to me. I don't appreciate people that take advantage of women seniors.

Walfredo visited my mother in advance to see what needed to be done and to give an estimate. He returned a few days later to perform the work. Walfredo answered my mother's initial call immediately and showed up exactly as promised for both appointments. He picked up the materials needed for the job which was a huge help for both my mother and me. He did the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after each task. Walfredo charged exactly what he quoted. My mother was very impressed with his work and professionalism. I will be calling Walfredo soon to do some work for me too.

Walfredo was fantastic, I called on Monday to have a fan replaced for a condo we rent out, we were very lucky that Walfredo happened to have time open that afternoon. He was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely use his services again.

I CALLED WALFREDO FOR AN ESTIMATE TO REMOVE MY OLD MAILBOX POST AND REPLACE IT WITH A NEW POST AND COVER. HE QUOTED ME A VERY FAIR PRICE, SO WE SET A DAY FOR HIM TO DO THE WORK. YESTERDAY HE CALLED AND SAID HE HAD SOME TIME THE FOLLOWING DAY TO DO THE JOB. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND HE AND HIS HELPER JANE REMOVED THE OLD POST. THEY PUT THE NEW POST IN CONCRETE AND PUT MY MAILBOX ON THE NEW COVER. IT LOOKS FABULOUS, I AM REALLY PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY DID. IT TOOK THEM ABOUT AN HOUR TO COMPLETE THE WORK. IT LOOKS LIKE THE MAILBOX AND POST HAS BEEN THERE A LONG TIME, THEY BARELY DISTURBED THE GROUND AROUND IT.

Very pleas at and accommodating. He was able to deal with issue with installation and was able to deal without a problem. He seemed very competent, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We would be happy to use his services again.
