I just hired them. Jason was very informative. But we have not experienced them with the delivery of their service. But, Jason, without saying negative things about their competitors, explained their service that convinced us they were worth the contract. Next month, March 2024, we will experience the actual service.

We've only had one treatment, thus the 4.5 instead of 5. They inspected our lawn and landscaping, gave their recommendations and we scheduled service. They arrived on time, spent over 3 hours for the first treatment. It was much more thorough and targeted than the 3 companies we tried before them. They were friendly and courteous. We finally anticipate success with the battle for weeds in our landscaping. Time will tell. If all goes well, I'd be willing to update review later to a 5

Last summer my live oak tree had a white fuzzy substance on most of the leaves and was not in good shape. This winter, most of the leaves were gone and the remaining ones, were diseased looking. Mr. Luis accessed the tree and said "it was sick but could be saved." My concern was the tree was dead, but he assured me, it was just "sick." He mixed up a "cocktail" for it and said I should be seeing new growth soon. But if it still looked sick after six months, to call him and he would return. Two weeks later, I'm seeing new growth. I'm hoping the tree makes a full recovery.

Very prompt and seemed knowledgeable. Recommended treatment at a reasonable price & performed treatment immediately. The largest shrub at issue had deteriorated rapidly in only a few days and very stressed. Luis explained that the current state of that particular shrub, though still alive, left it at very high risk even after treatment. Still too early to tell ultimate results. In any case, I really appreciated Luis' detailed explanations, prompt & courteous service and advice.

Mr. Luis was scheduled to arrive at 9:30am, but was able to start earlier! He and his team are friendly and knowledgeable about the service I needed on my Arizona Elm tree. Highly recommend. I will be using his service in 2 years when my Elm Tree will need another deep root feeding.
