Description of Work: Gartin is fabulous. We had another company maintaining our pool, and they just came to the house and threw some chemicals in. Gartin's people come over, analyze what the pool needs, clean it, and then actually ring the doorbell and tell me if something needs repair. They truly maintain our pool.

+ -1 moreI scheduled Gartin to clean the pool and add chemicals every week. Without fail, I was hit with extra charges and repairs that I thought were unnecessary. I told them I no longer wanted them to work for me and was insulted, and they continued to try and charge me for service.
Description of Work: They did pool cleaning and chemical balancing.

+ -1 moreEverything is wonderful, and I have no complaints. The people are always very considerate. I always see the same workers coming and never anyone different. My pool holds up very well, and it is always crystal clear and never has too many chemicals. Every time Gartin comes to the house, they give me the option to come outside and observe. I find this to be very professional because at least you feel comfortable and know that they are not hiding anything.
Description of Work: Gartin Pool and Spa come and clean my pool on a quarterly basis. They are hired to vacuum, drain, and provide chemicals for the pool. If I ever need a repair, they will come and do that as well.
