The owner of the company came and cleaned the areas designated for cleaning. He was efficient and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time.

The service from Five Star Steamer is highly recommended by my husband and me. Randy was very professional and said he would attempt to remove some stains on my new carpet that were deeply soiled. We had two other carpet companies come out before Five Star and they were unsuccessful in removing the stains. Randy at Five Star removed the stains and we are very happy with the results. He was on time and did a great job!

Fantastic service! Randy was punctual, personable and professional. He and his crew did a great job. We had to wrangle our dogs around the house throughout the service and they were very understanding and accommodating. Our tile looks brand new and they got make-up stains out of our daughter's bedroom carpet. My husband was thrilled when he got home. I will definitely call them again!

The provider was late, I was prepared to call Angie's list for a refund. He showed up about 45 minutes after the appointment time. I later learned that he did leave a message saying he would be late, but I wasn't aware of the message when he showed up. Once he arrived he arrived he asked what I needed done. I pointed out the two burns mark that needed repair. I didn't have any carpet to replace the damaged areas, so he removed some carpet from a closet. He removed the carpet in an area where it won't be visible to guests. He did a good job. The repaired area blends in with the rest of the carpet, so you can't tell there was a repair.

It went great. Randy and his associate were very professional and the carpet looks great. Our house is small but he took his time and did a good job. In one of our bedrooms we have a Queen size iron bed that is VERY HEAVY. I do not expect carpet cleaners to move furniture, but I provided Randy and his associate some "moving pads" and they kindly moved that bed around the room to get the entire area clean. I really appreciated that! I will definitely use Five Star Steamer again. The price going in was a little higher than normal for my sized home, but they didn't nickel and dime me once they got here (which I hate) and they did not feel "sleezy" like some carpet cleaners can be. Randy seems to take pride in his business, and that is what I want. Also I chose him because he lives close to my community and is self-employed. Always like to support small business in my community.

He did a really good job cleaning the tile and grout. It took him about 3 hours. He did this in the kitchen and the main entry way. He was really polite and professional.

Randy communicated well and arrived punctually. The work was completed in a professional manner. The end result is that the carpets look great! I should also add that Randy Wagnon has a very pleasing personality and it was a pleasure to work with him. I would not hesitate to recommend Five Star Steamer to others.

I loved the idea of organic - after all, my 2 cats spend their lives on the floor and the idea of introducing potentially toxic chemicals in the environment was a concern. Also, because it's a dry system (moist less than an hour) means there won't be "wicking" as in traditional steam cleaning and the re-appearance of spots. Back to the cats..I have 1 long hair cat and have been diligent with keeping up with vacuuming and even purchased a Dyson Animal unit to help with keeping the cat hair problem at a minimum. But YIKES, it was amazing how much hair was pulled from the carpet. The carpet looks new (it was installed about 2 years ago) and that one spot that I had tried multiple times to make disappear is gone. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. The guys are friendly, knowledgeable and professional....and on time. Randy, the owner, was here-what a terrific guy! The communication was great i.e. arranging the appointment, contact confirming the ETA on the day of service. Super job!

I would like to edit the review I submitted earlier. Once I was made aware of the secondary issues involved with the carpet stretching that I had done, I better understood why there was an extra charge and also the limitations to what could be done to the carpet due to the condition it was in prior to any work being done. The house was just recently purchased and it was a rental property for 12 years prior to my son & daughter in law purchasing it. There was damage to the underside of the carpet which limited what could be done by any carpet stretcher to correct it. The company was very willing to refund the full amount I paid to make certain that I was satisfied with the service they were able to render. I assured them that I wasn't looking for a refund as they did what they could for the deal I purchased. Since they went the extra mile to explain and even offer reimbursement, I would like to edit my previous review and change it from an F to an A!

The living room carpet has some set in stains that even they didn't think they could get out. Amazingly all the stains came out, the carpet looks brand new again and it is 11 years old. They never tried to sell us anything as other companies have in the past, just went to work, finished in an hour and was extremely nice and professional. Will definitely use again.

I asked them to contact me by phone. They emailed me instead, we have gone back and forth via email regarding the deal. I had to call them to schedule the appointment. They then informed me that they could only do one room for the price and I would have to pay additionally for any other additional work.

Randy did an excellent job in polishing my kitchen granite countertop for a low price. I had my granite installed 2 months ago by someone else who did a poor job and never polished after grinding/shaping them. The granite countertop near the edges had no shine and looked awful. But Randy restored it to a perfect shine and perfectly blended. My granite is black colored which is harder to bring a shine, but Randy made it look like easy and was successful using the right diamond pads, equipment, and liquids. Randy is very professional, knowledgable, and guaranteed his work. I highly recommend him!

Randy from FiveStar Steamer worked on our floor Randy came over to look at the floor and he gave us a couple of price points. We chose a price option but wasn't sure how it will turn out. Randy told us he will come back same day to show us how the floor will look after he is done, he did come back and we loved the result. We agreed on a date for the cleaning, Randy called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Though it took about 3-4 passes but the result is exactly what he promised us. He even fixed a few holes in the floor at no cost. The professionalism displayed by Randy and his dedication to his work was amazing. We will hire Randy again.

We found Randy Wagnon to be professional, punctual, thorough & knowledgeable. We spilled a entire bottle of red wine on carpet 2 days after they cleaned it. My wife called Randy & he walked her thru successful stain removal by phone. We've found carpet cleaning services to be hit or miss, but FiveStar has always done a great job for us. He will always have our business. FiveStar lives up to their company's name!

Randy came out after bad weather and performed the job exceptionally after others couldn’t (because of the weather) and put in the extra effort to remove some paint splatter, we will definitely have him come back out to clean and seal our tiles/grout. I might add fitting us in the way he did was tremendous considering we are waiting for a baby any day now and one of the rooms was a nursery.
