Description of Work: Tom did a great job on a short fuse inspection. He was very thorough and explained everything to me clearly. He even found a gas leak in the attic that would have gone unnoticed and could have endangered the family residing (who were also promptly notified by Tom). He also lined up pool and termite inspectors to coincide with his inspection. I would definitely recommend Tom (Five Star) for a home inspection.

+ -1 moreI have known Tom McCarty for over 30 years and can easily recommend his services without hesitation. Tom is very thorough inspector. He is also on time and reasonably priced. He takes the time to go over EVERYTHING with you personally and provides a detailed report even with pictures when it is warranted. Any homeowner would be blessed to have him inspect their potential new home. One thing for certain, they will be aware of everything that is needed to be done to the house. Additionally, I have found Tom's recommendations to be substantiated every time by professionals I have hired to work on my new home. So he is someone who can be trusted to help have a superior home purchasing experience.
