We specialize in WOODEN fences and replacements only - 7x Super Service Award Winner- I left in 1975 for the military. I've been a Police Officer and a soldier most of my life. When I returned to Houston in Oct. 2010 I decided to pursue something less hazardous. We receive most of our work from Word of mouth. Some, from lead referral services. We've done 1000+ fences and carry a 4.8 out of 5 rating with over 570 customer reviews. I'm a disabled Veteran, and I'm offering to use my disability discount up to $200.00 on any fencing project to all those that sign with Selph Made Fences. Only one offer per customer. Our word, and name are more important than any piece of paper. Call us.

Corey suggested several options: 1) gently wipe each of the sensors off with a cloth; 2) don't use a broom on them (this may get the sensors out of line); and 3) make sure the sensors are directed at each other that the green and amber lights are on. I did what he (Corey) recommended and my garage door started working perfectly. I didn't need them to come out, therefore, they, Spectrum Overhead Door saved me money. "1) Trees were not trimmed satisfactorily per oral agreement at 7030 Krause, Missouri City, Tx 77489. The agreement was that all tree limbs from neighbors trees would be removed at the property line front and back of house. Provider only removed leaves that were leaning on my house (he said he misunderstood-I just let it go but new I would never use him or referrals from Angi's List again.) (2) At 4818 Callery Creek, Houston, Tx 77053 provider was instructed to remove any limps from neighbor's house leaning across property line, especially those in front leaning on roof. He only removed a few limbs that were leaning on house. He did not remove all of the limbs crossing the property line in front yard. At this same residence he was to kill weeds between two adjourning fences in back yard. Neighbor complained that provider came on their property w/o permission, removed pickets from their side of the fence to get to weeds (he did put the pickets back somewhat), sprayed weed killer that killed plants that she brought from native country that had been handed down from her Mother and Grandmother, pickets were not put back satisfactorily. When I asked how they would get this part of the job done, I was told he got to the weeds between fences by climbing and straddling the two fences. Now I was not present when they completed this job but I did drive around to see if jobs were completed satisfactorily - as stated above, only 1 of 3 were done to original agreement."

Yes, most states require a fencing installer to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed fence installer could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.
