+ -1 moreIf I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I prepaid $15,000 (of what was to be $30,00 total) for work to be done. We parted ways early because he was very disrespectful and childishly argumentative with me. I wasn't happy with the work so I asked him to pivot from the particular bathroom job and do something outside, (like siding). He agreed to this, however the following day he packed his tools and left. He has not refunded the money owed to me. As it stands, he owes me between $8000 to $10,000. He should be taken to court. Please do not hire this company. The owner is not a serious businessman, is not transparent with pricing, and cuts corners. Luckily, I found a new contractor who fixed many of the mistakes he made.
Description of Work: I needed a bathroom remodel (electrical, plumbing, tile, drywall, trim, etc.), finishing an upstairs laundry room, and wood flooring upstairs.

+ -1 moreThese guys have a habit of trapping people. Please go to Yelp for other poor reviews. I asked them from the beginning to break out the invoice and not bundle in one job. I asked several times and they in decided not to use them. The bill was supposed to be 23k when I told them 1/3 of the work was done the said I owed the 12K. Do not use these guys at all

Description of Work: We were making a temporary move to Montana and wanted to get the house ready to rent. F.P. was suggested by our real estate agent who is a relative. The scope of work was to tile both baths, paint the whole intierior of the house fixing any holes etc. While the paint job was satisfactory, there was a lot of paint left on the carpets where the carpet met the wall. The worst thing that happened while the crew was painting was when they painted the 20'living room ceiling. The living room has a ceiling fan that is about 12' off the ground. When we moved back into the house we found that 2 of the fan blade brackets had been broken and repaired with a piece of metal and screws. (it should be noted that the house was rented shortly after the work was done on the house and these broken fan brackets were noted on the move in report. So this was done during the painting process). The paint job was mediocre to poor.
