Very disappointing experience. I was quoted $60/hour for a camera install, security lock, and autolock install with a 2 hour minimum. Job took 3 hours with 2 people. So 5.5 paid hours. No camera was installed. Security lock was installed after door was damaged. Autolock was installed fine. Jim took a dump in my bathroom with out asking and stunk up the place. If you are looking to have your property damaged and your place stunk up, and job discussed not complete then use this contractor. I will now have to spend even more money to fix the panel of the door that was damaged. The cut that was made on the panel was not necessary or even measured correctly. See attached pics.

Jim &Manny were great to work with on this project. They figured out a lot of stuff dealing with an old house. A little on the expensive side but it was all worth it in the long term.

James was able to save alor of money by him using a smart way to reserve what I already had in place. It was genius

Job took over 3 months. The screened in porch is loose and falling apart. The instant hot is cold. He ran my ac at 70 causing a $400.00 light bill. Charged me for adjusting the doggie door he installed in my house. Had the nerve to actually take a nap on my new sofa and eat lunch in my house. Put the dimmer switches in the wrong place. Never cleaned up for after any of his work. Over charges and never took away his trash or bother to put it out for pick up.

Manny repaired my issue quickly and efficiently. He was professional and I will call him again.

Jim and Penny did a fabulous job installing our backyard lights, they are a reliable team and I will recommend them anytime.

Helped with hanging art, installing curtain rod and shower head. I'm satisfied with the overall job except for the shower head, it doesn't fit properly.

Got a handyman to come the same day I called, accurate in the diagnostic of the problem, and did a clean and prompt repair. I dealt with Jim and Manny, Borge were very polite. Will recommend to others, and continue to use myself.
