 + -1 moreWe have had great success with this company. Everyone we dealt with treated us absolutely perfect. We had no problems getting our questions answered, and they listened to our input as well. I can not say enough about the price. We did shop around and found this company to be one of the very best in overall price. These guys showed up on time and even gave me a courtesy phone call.
Description of Work: David Powers Homes built us a new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that totals approximately 1800 square foot.

 + -1 moreThe workers that built my home were just the most nicest people ever. They did such a good job that when we moved in, we fit right in as if we were meant to be here. They are very good builders and I highly recommend them to anyone. I am not disappointed in the least. I would definitely call them back again for a second job. I would not even have to think twice about it.
Description of Work: David Powers built my entire four bedroom three bathroom home from scratch. The final project ended up averaging out to about 3100 square feet. They did absolutely everything from painting to drywall, landscaping, measurements, appliances and plumbing. Everything you could possibly think of was handled by David Powers. The house took only about a year to complete.

David Powers built our house on time from one of their many floor plans and we are very pleased with the services we received from the company. This is a very nice home and we would recommend David Powers homes to anyone looking for a top quality homebuilder.
