CSH Maid Service

The service was wonderful. They are reliable and thorough. Always fits the service to what we needed. And we have been using them for the last 2 years and they come once every 2 weeks.

They arrived on the scheduled day and time and seem to be very efficient. Three ladies who brought their own cleaning supplies and equipment needed. Home is approximately 5,090 sq ft and is vacant and needed a general move-out cleaning (dusty, counters need a good wipe, floors needed mopping, toilets and bathtubs needed attention etc). All seemed to be cleaned including blinds, baseboards, ovens etc. They were in the home for just over 4 hours and did a very good job. They were polite and respectful. The house looked and smelled clean when they were done. Even though it was not dirty, it was in need of some attention and cleaning and I could definitely tell that it had been thoroughly cleaned when they were done. I will use them again.

Cleaning was good but not great. They were not clear about bringing an extra person and being charged twice the amount for the service. My house is never terribly dirty with just my husband and I, so it should not have taken as long as they took. I felt they should have been clear upfront with their fees and not run the time over the way they did. I expressed concerns to Miryam and she said she would get back to me, but never did.

I wasn't given a time when they would arrive. I was only told that it would be in the afternoon. It would be betteri if they could give a time frame such as between 1:30 and 3:00 pm.

For the most part, they did a good job. They deep cleaned the Master bathroom instead of cleaning the stove and microwave. Guest will see more of the kitchen than the inside of the shower... they also threw away 2 cups that we had in the master bath. 1 was a keepsake from Colorado and was metal. Really upset that they were thrown away or why!

The cleaning went well. Two ladies showed up on time. They worked hard to get rid of as much dust as possible. Miriam even scrubbed the tiles to get rid of the spray paint residual.

Great! They were on time and did a good job.

These ladies worked very diligently and did a thorough job. I would hire them again.

They did a good job, especially in the bathrooms and kitchen.

So so. A couple of methods they used were not what I've seen before. Such as emptying the toaster on the floor instead of the trash can and wet mopping the wood floor to gather up dirt swept from the bathroom floor instead of just sweeping or vacuuming it up. I had specifically asked them not to use water on the wood floors. Also they slid a couple of pieces of furniture out to clean behind them but didn't put them back. When I did there was dirt under the furniture.

Sum it up, I still had to go back and clean the windows, inside the cabinets and on top of the cabinets..

OK. Service was supposed to be 1 person 8 hours or 2 people 4 hours. It ended being 3 people who were at my home for just under 2 hours. but house was clean for the most part, Found a couple of shelves that weren't dusted and a small vase that was broken

I bought the "Deep Cleaning" package which was supposed to be for a house of 3,000 ft2. Mine is only 2135 ft2. They, of course, got here and told me that I should pay them $60 more because it was in bad shape. In general, not that bad but for sure spots. I asked I them to focus on the floors. They said it was too hard. I took the rag/brush and cleaned a spot in 5 seconds. They skipped window sills and I had to have ask them to come back in and do them. They worked for 3 hours and said that was all they would do. The package was for $250 was supposedly a deal, but pretty much what they would have charged for 3 hours without the deal. I think they just watched the time and decided that was all they should do. The refrigerator and oven were cleaned well as part of the package. They did a good cleaning but not a deep cleaning. False advertising in my opinion. If they had just done the floors well as I asked, I would have been happy. They also didn't really clean baseboards or door trim.

Great. have hired them to come back again.

I was vey pleased with CSH cleaning services. Even though Patricia and her crew arrived an hour late, after canceling our original date of the day prior, they came in, were really friendly and got right down to business. They worked as a great team and left my 3/2 home just radiant! They dusted all the ceiling fans, baseboards and even moved the couches to sweep and mop underneath. They even did the outside windows that I have in the living room that are floor to ceiling. I'm definitely going to use them again!!!

Miriam and her crew of two arrived early at our complex with smiles on their faces and ready to work. They made our apartment *SPARKLE* from top to bottom! Professional and efficient, CSH Maid Service was in-and-out in about 1.5 hours. No worries about cleaning supplies and equipment . . . they bring their own. They were on-time and brought 4 people to do the deep cleaning. I was thoroughly impressed with how much was done in the 2 hours they spent and couldn't be happier with the results. Hire them and you won't be disappointed. I'll be calling them again in the future.

Miriam and her 2 colleagues arrived on time and looked professional with all their tools and attire. They did a fantastic job. They were at my home about 3 1/2 hours and deep cleaned excellent including the appliances inside and out. I give them 2 Big thumbs up. They exceeded my expectations. My home is about 1250 square feet. They cleaned base boards, doors, ceiling fans, blinds and did it all in an Amazing way!

I reached out a few different times to get the job schedule with no response.

Great. I have a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house that was a disaster. They made it look so much better. I will be using them weekly.

The offered to paint and plumbing and they did a horrible job. When I had CSH Cleaning she said that she would not be able to clean because the house still needed painting and plumbing work done. She said that she had some people that could do that for me. So I went ahead and talked with the guys and hired them to do my painting and plumbing for me. They did a horrible job painting. When I confronted them about that they said that it would be another $1500 to correct the job, which I said no to as they need to fix the job that I had already paid them to do.

They did a good job. Very quiet, very friendly and very eager to do everything I wanted done.

Two ladies who cleaned were on-time and did a great job. They worked very well in coordinating the tasks that needed to be done. My apartment is not that dirty but it needed sprucing up a bit and it was practically sparkling clean once they finished. It only took a little over an hour for them to clean it. Also, it's not easy finding housekeepers in the area will to clean on a Saturday, but when i called and talked to the owner, Miriam she was able to find a coworker willing to clean my place on Saturday, after calling them the Thursday before.

The two ladies who showed up did a great job cleaning, and dusting, and were very thorough. But they did come a half hour late (9:00 rather than the 8-8:30 time I was given), and then when it was getting close to 11:30 am, basically said they would have to leave at that time. I thought they were not going to finish, but they continued working past that time. However, they either called their boss or received a call from their boss, who asked them to give me the phone. She proceeded to tell me that my house was very dirty, and that they had to move furniture to clean (isn't that part of deep cleaning?), and I had picked up most of my house, cleared the counters in the kitchen and bathrooms prior to their arrival. She went on to say that since they had worked past their time slot, I was going to need to pay an additional $80. I explained that I had purchased a "deep cleaning" package and what they did should be included. She then said how about $60. I said that I would not pay additional, and gave the phone back to the lady working. I did give the ladies an additional $20 before they left, which they did right after the phone call and before they actually mopped the kitchen floor. I don't hire maids often, and I know my house was dusty, and the floors were dirty, but that is why I paid for $120 for the deep cleaning package advertised. I do not fault the two ladies who came and worked so hard. However, I do find it very unprofessional for the boss to call and request additional funds for the job I purchased.

it went very well , when Mrs. Miriam and her team finished the job in timely manner. Very nice and efficient ladies .
