Very good. Steve kept me informed on when work would be completed and was available anytime I needed to speak to him.

Steven came and gave and estimate and did not pressure us when we told him we would need to get a couple more bids. Once we decided to go with Colony Roofing, the process was very quick and efficient. We are very happy with the entire process.

I spoke to 3 different contractors about the work I wanted done on my house . I chose Steve and Colony Roofing. He listened to what I wanted. He told me how they would do the job. He gave me a fair quote. It was not the least expensive price but in my conversations with the different contractors, I felt more comfortable with Steve's company doing the job. I just liked his approach to the whole process. The work was performed exactly as expected. His crews were on time, did very good work and cleaned up after each job. Steve was on site several times to check their work and actually had them make some changes on the carpentry job to his standards. Steve also followed up with the roofing supplies manufacturer to make sure they inspected my house, approved and processed my warranty. The manufacturer was way behind in their inspection work. It took 3 months but Steve continued to follow up and I received my warranty certificate in March. I would recommend Steve and Colony Roofing to anyone in need of the services they provide. I will use Colony Roofing again if I have the need.

Very impress with the owners professionalism, both Steve and Stephen were very helpful in the proposal process and recommending new products, for a better and longer lasting roof. I asked for their best crew and they delivered. I had a very bad experience with a roof replacement 16 years ago, and have to say the crew Colony provided were very profession, in the installation process and subsequent cleanup. Very please with the overall process. The owners and crew they provided made the whole process painless and trouble free. Would not hesitate to recommend this company for roof replacement.

Steven Furber w/ Colony Roofing came out and went through everything we needed done, and took his measurements on the roof, and gave us a Quote on the Roof, using GAF Timberline HD Shingles and Ridge Vents. Steven was very upfront and explained everything we needed to know. They explained it would take about 2 two weeks before they could start the project, in which we were happy to know when they would be coming out to start the work. Once they came out, the crew was on time and got right to work. It took them less than 2 days to complete our entire roof, and did a thorough cleanup. About a week later they had a Sub-Contractor, Felipe Ramirez w/Torre Fuerte Painting & Remodeling come out to do our small Sheetrock Kiltz & Painting inside work, and they also did our simple 10' x 12' foot greenhouse Patio Cover replacement. Felipe and his crew did a good job that took 2 days to complete. Steven Furber had showed up a few times off and on during the roofing work, and was very attentive to make sure my husband and I was happy with everything each time he showed up. We were very pleased and happy with Colony Roofing's results on our roofing, and would use them again. Thank you Steven & Steve Furber

When looking for a roofer I had to be sure I hired a reputable company. I borrowed my sister in laws Angie's account to search for roofing companies and found Colony Roofing. Colony Roofing did a great job from start to finish. Steven was knowledgeable and answered all my questions throughout the whole process. He checked on the crew regularly to make sure everything was going well and kept in contact with me to let me know the progress. I would absolutely hire them again!

Went well-started & finished on time. Owner very responsive. Only complain was crew left all tools, etc on the yard overnight. Covered 2 sides and visible from street.

Steve and team did a great two day job on replacing my roof. I spoke directly to Steve and received a timely quote, scheduling and completion of job. I had used Steve in the past for roofing repairs and wanted to use him for the replacement. Of the three quotes I received, Steve's was the cheapest. Based on his previous work, I believed he would do a good job and have been happy with the results.

Father and son both professional ? courteous and punctual with the sales and follow ? through. Their laborers worked well and cleaned up everything after themselves, they were about 1/2 the price of Sears but gave us everything Sears said they'd give us. Very happy with them & their work.

Our experience was excellent from beginning to end.They are GAF certified Elite installers which seemed important to us. Many are not certified. They were prompt in responding to our first inquiry. They made suggestions and accommodated our requests for extras. They were concerned with what we needed but not inclined to press for unnecessary additions to the cost. The work crew came on schedule every day and stayed late. They were polite and hard working. They covered our pool and were as careful as possible around landscaping. It is a messy process, but when they left the yard and pool looked good. We were very pleased. We did interview several contractors. None were as personable and professional. In the end, we feel we paid a fair price for good work by an excellent contractor. The contractor that they arranged for us, to address the concerns we had in the attic, was also excellent. We really appreciated that help.

Steve was great! He met with my adjuster (insurance) so that I had no worries. They were right on time & left my yard clean. If I need roof repairs, they are first on my list to call.

I just want to say that Colony Roofing went the extra mile, providing good communications, scheduling of the job, and most importantly the quality of the actual replacement. There were a number of houses in my neighborhood that had their roofs replaced due to a hail storm that came through. After looking at the various companies working up and down the street, I was very thankful I had Colony working on mine. The team of five individuals who actually perform the work, are a tight knit group who definitely know what they're doing. Getting your roof replaced is a pretty big deal, and can be a bit stressful. I can say that Colony came through, and put me at ease in the end.

Overall the project went well--Crew showed up on time and worked throughout the day. Communication received two days prior to job start notifying me that the project was going to to start. Cleanup did not go so well though as there was noticeable debris left in my yard. Steve came out himself to inspect and sent the crew back over the next morning to clean up. Normally, this experience would take down the score a notch, but two things stood out: 1) The crew themselves cleaned up very well and had a great attitude doing it. 2) Steve called me a few hours later, on a Saturday, to ensure that the work was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Colony for your roofing needs!

Once the job began, it took 3 weeks to strip off old siding and fascia, make wood repairs, replace with Harding plank and paint. The painting included the carport ceiling which was not changed out to Hardy plank. The finished job is crisp and clean looking. On one side of the house where siding did not match up previously, it is now lined up. All of the fascia trim is now boxed instead of exposed rafters and will be easier to maintain in the future. The gutter originally installed overflowed during several Houston gully washers, but Steve had a larger 6" gutter installed and hopefully, we will not have a problem again with it.

My roof was damaged in the April 2016 storm. Steve Ferber, the owner, came to do my estimate. He explained the procedure for the replacement of my roof, step by step. He covered what to expect from the insurance paperwork. Steve came to the meeting prepared with our approved shingle list from the Homeowner's Association. He also made sure we had our approved form in hand before the work began. The roofers did a fantastic job removing my old roof and putting on the new one. Steve's carpenter did a wonderful job repairing my window box. I am now storm-ready again. Steve and his crew made the repair run smoothly from the first meeting to the final nail. I highly recommend Colony Roofing and Exteriors.

The roofing crew arrived on time, and finished within the scheduled time frame. When the job was inspected it was disable that the wrong ridge row was delivered & installed. The problem was promptly corrected.

Fantastic job-1st workers arrived @ 7am, materials arrived same day and work completed that same day! Excellent workmanship & clean up.
