We interviewed about 6 roofing companies last year. We liked Steve's presentation, and felt his pricing was fair. Our roof was replaced February 2018, and took two days. After completion, his team did an excellent job of cleaning all the debris in the yard. We highly recommend Steve and his crew.

We were on a tight time frame as we were getting an addition added to our home that changed our roof line. Due to weather uncertainty, we needed to have a new roof installed quickly. Colony roofing met our timeline and budget. Steve Furber was on sight multiple times to inspect the progress of his roofing crew in the blazing August heat. Top notch and whole heartily recommend!

Called Steve for an estimate. He made an appointment to meet with us. He arrived on time, looked at everything and sat down with us to go over all the details. When we were ready to have the job done, again I called Steve to set the date. His materials arrived that afternoon and his crew arrived the next morning. They began to replace and repair my roof. The crew was very professional and nice. They cleaned the area around my house spotless as if they were never there. They returned the next day to complete the job. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone. This was the best experience I have had with any type of service!

I would use them again in the future. They cleaned up after themselves well. The crew chief took a lot of ownership. The owner was there a lot and made sure I was happy throughout the entire process. They made sure I understood what they were doing. The owner went out of his way so that I knew and helped me make decisions as I went. So it was a good experience.

Steve and his crew were punctual, hard-working and detail-oriented. They finished the job ahead of schedule, and when I pointed out a couple of places that I wanted to be changed, they not only fixed them cheerfully, but then went a bit further than necessary to make it look great.

Owner called to confirm visit and arrived at appointed time. Professional in appearance and during entire repair and inspection process. Clearly stated findings following roof inspection and repairs made to correct leak. Asked to provide quote based on inspection and the addition of gutters on side of house. I got an estimate to repair my gutters. It was the 2nd highest of four estimates, so I selected another contractor to do the work. It took a bit more effort to set up the estimate than it should have, but once it was set up they showed up on time and did OK.

Steven and his team did a great job on our roof replacement. Steven was very responsive and prompt. He and his father, Steve, showed up several times during the 2 day process of the roof replacement. They were always friendly and available for questions. The crew was was efficient and did an excellent job. We now have the nicest roof on the block!

Everything went very smoothly from the estimate to the cleanup. Steve gave me the name of someone he has worked with for years to replace and add a few gutters. Thank-you Steve for everything. I recently hired Colony Roofing & Exteriors to replace my soffits and fascia, along with a new paint color for trim and HardiePlank on the back of my house. I also contracted them for a new install of rain gutters. Steve was reassuringly professional and pleasant! He knows his business and takes genuine pride in the quality of his companies' work. He kept an open line of communication at all times.When compared to other bids, I was very impressed with Steve's pricing and the level of detail outlined in his bid. Javier and his crew are "exertior trim gods" as far as I am concerned. Their carpentry was excellent and the painting was exceptional. I was absolutely amazed at the quality of work. NOTHING was overlooked! Another crew came back to install rain gutters with the best of materials. They matched the paint perfectly and inconspicuously placed downspouts. Another job well done! In the last couple of years, I have had several repairs on my home and I have to say, I wished I had found Colony Roofing & Exteriors from the beginning! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Great experience. It was easy and uneventful, like any dealings with contractors should be. They were fair, professional and did a great job. I was selling my home so I needed to get it done quickly to get it on the market. They worked with me and got it done. If I need a roof on my next home I'll use them again. Great company. A pleasant experience. The owner was actively involved during the job. The crew chief treated my house as if it were his. The job only took two days and they left my property debris free which was very important to me. Would definitely, and have recommended, Colony to several neighbors.
