Colony Roofing did a superb job. The price, service, responsiveness, professionalism were all excellent. Would defiantly hire again and recommend to friends and co-workers.

The workers took care not to damage my plants and were great on cleanup. After about a week of staring at my roof I noticed a shingle that looked like it didn't lay right. Mr. Furber promptly sent a couple of his workers over to make it right. I thought my roof looked good before now it looks great.The foreman, Enrique was wonderful along with his crew. We did our research, interviewed multiple companies and after narrowing it down to two, we choose Colony Roofing. They also replaced some rotten trim that was under the flashing while doing the roof. They completed the work in a day and a half. Quality work at a great price as far as I'm concerned.

Chose Colony Roofing based on Angie’s List reviews and reviews posted in my subdivision. Work performed on time and in a professional manner. These are good people to work with. They explain the options and let you decide. No hard selling. Everything is transparent and up front. No money paid until work completed to your satisfaction. It was a very good experience with no issues, and I’m completely satisfied. Wouldn’t use anyone else now. Also had my house painted by their paint crew and it was done perfectly with no problems. I highly recommend them.

As usual, Colony Roofing did a great job and stuck to their schedule. Steve has always done exactly what he promises and follows through to make sure it is done right. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an unsolicited refund check when I accidentally overpaid them.

Steve and his dad are the best. This is the second roof they put on for me, one on my old house and this one on the home I purchased a couple of years ago. And if I buy another that needs a roof I'll call them again. Fair price, great workmanship, friendly, easy to work with.... I can't ask for more.

The crew showed up on time and was able to complete within one day, even after having to replace a fair amount of decking, which I had anticipated. The clean up was thorough, and the work was done very professionally. The price was very reasonable, and I got better quality materials. I would hire them again in an instant.

At evaluation visit, Stephen (sp?) was very helpful, professional and honest. He didn't try to push me to claim hail damage with the insurance. He did suggestion additional work to replace 17 years old, mass-builder quality plumbing vent boots. But he also convinced us not to spend money installing attic fan now as it would not extend the life of our current (17 years old) roof significantly; he said it would be less expensive to install it at the time of roof replacement. During actual work visit everything went like clockwork. The crew fixed damaged shingles in 4 places (if I recall correctly), replaced 6 vent boots, and caulked all the nails (including old ones) on the roof. And they were available during holidays. Went very well. The roof had some steep pitch areas and the crew worked safely and efficiently throughout the entire process. Steve was on site for a lot of the time, and the times he was not, he was available within a few minutes of a text. The whole team was very responsive and was careful around the landscaping.

Steve and his team replaced my roof in November and I’m beyond satisfied! Their professionalism and attention to detail throughout the process (preparation, installation and cleanup) was outstanding! I also had needed structural repairs prior to shingle replacement and once again, their work was exceptional. I’m also confident in their commitment to customer satisfaction and if there’s any issues during warranty, I firmly believe they’ll respond and resolve the problem!

I've had to change my opinion and what my ratings would have been had I posted them back when the work was originally done. No problem with their original work or materials back then. The problem now is with their guarantee of their work after the fact. Before I agreed to have them put on the new roof, I asked them specifically about what would happen to the aluminum siding on the fascia boards around the edge of the roof. I wanted to know if they had to remove it or replace it since it was the original siding and still intact. They said they had to replace the trim around the top edge with a new drip-edge trim. Months after they completed the work there was a problem with the siding on the fascia boards. It separated from the trim edge they installed and loosened and fell off in places. They would not admit that replacing the trim edge would cause this problem. I wanted them to secure the siding on the fascia boards like it was before they replaced the trim but they said they were not responsible for it and would not fix it. I'm sorry it turned out this way. I was impressed by their speed and efficiency when they installed the new roof but then they let me down later when the first problem with their work occurred.

Roof repairs due to nails and stack caulking issues. Colony Roofing was responsive, timely and honest, explaining the issue and providing a good estimate for repairs, both in cost and time. Would definitely hire them again.

Great job !! Colony replaced the roof while we were on vacation. We came back and you could not tell (clean and complete) there was any construction. Roof looks great..

The owner is very professional. He always comes ahead of scheduled time. He can always provide clear answer to tons of my questions and be very patient. He did not ask any money in advance. His team is very professional and works like a solid machine. Every team member knows their responsibility and keep working without any conflict and delay. Since the weather forecast was not calling for rain, I was agreeable to do the work "as soon as reasonable". Within a couple of days, the workers started replacing the vent boots. To both Steve and my surprise, there were 6 vents instead of 4! So, Steve quickly resourced two more vent jacks while the workers were at the house. AND, he only charged for the originally agreed 4 vents. He felt that he had made a deal and that was the way it was. The work was completed and I was both surprised and pleased.

The Furber Family and their associates at Colony Roofing did an excellent job on our recent roof replacement. The work was done thoroughly and carefully. The gentlemen doing the work took great care with the landscaping and the swimming pool. We would recommend Colony Roofing to our neighbors and friends. They will be doing our gutter replacement, also.

Very professional presentation, work was done properly. Only issue I had was when I caught one of the workers urinating on the side of the house. The Supervisor apologized for the incident...

This is a great company and I highly recommend them. I interviewed 6 roofing companies before deciding on Colony because of their professionalism, knowledge, patience with my numerous questions and phone calls. They also have great reviews from other customers. Their price was not the lowest nor was it most expensive. You don't want a low priced roofer! The work was done timely, professionally and high quality. I know this because I was there watching the whole installation. Steven was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The company is trustworthy and after seeing the quality of their work I had them install seamless gutters that look and work great.

Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful. They originally told us it would be two weeks but they came back the next day and said there was a cancellation and they can be there the next day. Worked out great for us!

We interviewed about 6 roofing companies last year. We liked Steve's presentation, and felt his pricing was fair. Our roof was replaced February 2018, and took two days. After completion, his team did an excellent job of cleaning all the debris in the yard. We highly recommend Steve and his crew.
