Steve Furber, the owner, was a construction supervisor for ten years, then started Colony Roofing & Exteriors in 1990 – over twenty-five years ago! Our customers choose us because we are experts in the field. We sell the customer on our expertise and service rather than try to persuade them with sales pitches or strong- arm tactics. Plus, we never try to sell you anything you do not need. By establishing trust, we know you will use us again and will recommend us to your friends, family and neighbors. In fact, most of our business comes from referrals! Steve Furber, the owner, personally inspects each completed job to ensure that it has been done to both his and the customer’s satisfaction. We offer a variety of products in styles and colors and a crew of courteous and professional installers. Siding - Select from a wide array of beautiful James Hardie siding. Energy-Saving Products -Double-paned windows add beauty to your home in addition to being more energy-efficient. One customer told us that since we installed her windows she no longer has to wear a sweater during the colder months. Description of Work: Complete new roof with ridge vents. Stripped to the decking removed the whirlygigs and patched the deck. All done in 1 1/2 days and cleaned up immaculately. All were professional and friendly and I would recommend them in a heart beat!

Description of Work: I called them for almost 3 weeks only getting voicemail and each time leaving my contact info with no response. Lucked out one day and they answered their cell phone and said they didn't remember my voice mails and it would be at least 2 weeks before they could come out.

Everything went great and I have no troubles at all. This was a wonderful company and the people are just wonderful as well. They do wonderful work and everything is still in good shape. I have no leaks on either roof at all. I have no complaints and I have no problems hiring again. I thought their pricing was cheap and I thought they deserved a little more credit than I gave them. I was in kind of bad mood that day so I was not a very nice person.
Description of Work: Colony Roofing installed a new roof onto my home and my garage. Both of these pieces of property measured about 2,000 square feet.
