We hired Steve to replace our roof & ended up using him as a general contractor to have gutters installed, gutter covers, interior sheetrock & paneling repairs, interior painting & door refinishing. Beautiful roof, outstanding warranty & efficient workers. Would definitely use him again (although hopefully not to replace our roof anytime soon...HA!).

Steve Furber was the most honest and straight forward person I talked to about getting a new roof. He explained things in a way that was extremely easy to understand. He gave us a great product and a very good service. He filed all of the paperwork with the insurance to get the final payment. All trash was picked up everywhere and he sent a guy back later to fix some siding around the chimney.

Out of 5 bids, they were the only company who was aware of some of the details regarding this roof. Their estimate was in line with other bids. The owner of the business communicated in an extremely customer friendly and professional manner. The actual roofing crew was always on time or early. It was obvious they had worked together for some time. They were very efficient and organized. They cleaned up everything when they finished the job.

A tree fell on my garage roof and some of the house as well. Colony roofing did all the incident related repairs including replacing the entire roof, so exterior work and repairing damaged rafters on the garage. Steve was very professional and punctual.

His crew's were always on time, and I only had some delays from a sub contractor he worked with for some of the inside work. This is what contributes to the B for punctuation, though that does not reflect on Steve directly as he was on time for all meetings and work. I definitely will be using him again, as another small leak has shown up on my roof that will need his attention.

The job went well. The workers did a good job on the siding. The roof repair was also performed and it looks great. I made inquiry of the company about one matter, and he immediately took care of it to my full satisfaction. They made a recommendation to me of the type of roof vent cover that would be better to keep this from happening again, and I accepted the recommendation. I am very happy with the finished product and results.

I called them at 9:24 in the morning to get an estimate Steve Furber ,the owner, came over about 11:00 a.m. He quoted an estimate that was about 225 dollars less than the other quotes received. Since his crew were working in the area, they did the job the same day. They started working at 1:15 p.m. and were finished by 2:00 p.m.

The owner came out for the estimate and was seemed very professional. He offered a good product at a great price. We checked his certifications and all seemed well. The crew showed up after I left for work. When I returned, they were finishing up. They had helped themselves to my extension cords so they could have their music blaring in my yard. No one came to say they were leaving, it just got quiet. I went out to see how it looked. There was a large lump in the back by the chimney and the flashing they had promised to replace was not done. Just 30 year old original flashing painted over and re-caulked. The owner was very polite and had someone return to fix it. I looked up flashing online and walked the neighborhood to see what other's looked like. Although they replaced it, it still looks bad. I paid in full but have yet to get a receipt from the company. I am surprised this company only has A's. I am disappointed in Angies list as this is the first time I had used them as well.

They did an excellent job. This company did a job for two friends of mine, and they were happy with the service. So, I used them and I'm happy with them too.

After the heavy rain last week, my mom had a couple of major leaks.I e-mailed Steve on Saturday not expecting to hear from him until Monday. He called in less than an hour and was at my mom's house that same day. The job was completed within an hour and the cost was only $150. He was pleasant and thorough. Will definitely use him again!

Mr. S. Furber returned my call very promptly, and in an hour came to estimate the work. The repairs were done on the scheduled day. The company is very professional. I am very happy with the result and experience.

They also gave me a good estimate of the price it would be to replace the roof. They stated the roof does not need replaced now but soon. I felt they were very honest compared to other providers I used in the past.

The technician and the supervisor were very easy to work with; listened to what I had to say; explained it and when what they did didn't work, they came back and fixed it. I will use them again in the future.

We were very pleased with the work. The crew arrived on time and started to work immediately. The only minor problem was that we felt like the clean up could have been a little better.

Steve came out and gave me a bid on a complete re-roof of a small 1930's home. He was the least expensive of the three bids I had, but he seemed by far the most knowledgeable and reputable. I called him on Monday the 14th to tell him he had the job and he managed to get a crew there to do the work the next day. It was fast and well done. I will use him again.

I have called this company for one re-roof job, and also several other times for repairs from things like storm damage, etc. They have always been quick to repsond and to do the job. I feel confident in their work. The price for the re-roof was not the lowest, but far from the highest, which I deemed to be a fair price. And I was very satisfied with the product I recieved. I will use them every time I have a problem.

Colony did quite a bit of work. They were pretty good. I like the owner, I worked with him directly. The only problem was that they left nails in the backyard. The roof looks good and the work was done on time so my only complaint would be about the nails. I would recommend Colony.

They were great. Our house was brand new when the hurricane hit so we just had the builder bring in the same company that put the roof on in the first place. They came on time, they did their thing, and they didn?t leave a mess; they were very efficient. We had no trouble booking them even though they had a lot of jobs because of the hurricane. They prioritized people who had serious damage and I appreciate that.

We gave them a call and they were able to come to our house after a short time. They found a few reasons why water could be coming in and they sealed those areas. Some time went by and the leak returned. So did the roofers, at no extra charge. After another inspection, we came to the conclusion that it was a pipe under the roof that was leaking. They were very thorough and we will use them again.
