Description of Work: Had consult for pool design. Designer needed to come to house. Cancelled several times. Had to beg for design and quote. Designer didn't listen and didn't put things on the design I specifically asked for. Once I got price, never heard from him again.

Description of Work: Cody pools designed and installed a custom pool. John, our sales rep, listened to our guidelines and designed an appropriate pool. We wanted a 20 yard lap lane and he helped us create that while not making it look only like a lap pool. Jodi, the sub-contractor supervisor, worked with us through the various steps of installation. The only element I wish would have gone more smoothly was the decking. We chose flagstone decking and the installers did not consider kids running on bare feet. They smoothed out where they could but I wish they had considered edges of the stones as they were installing them. The entire team was professional and considerate.
