Excellent job !!. We are selling our home and buying a new one. So, we were able to compare Mr. Roca's Inspection Report with our Buyer's report. Mr. Roca's report was impressively much better. Why? In addition to the regular moisture device commonly used in inspections Mr. Roca uses infrared photos which perfectly shows the level of moisture on walls and ceilings due to water penetration and internal leaks. The infrared pictures were very quite convincing to our seller that he needed to resolve the water penetration issues asap to avoid further deterioration of the house. He provided us with an impressive report with several pictures and detailed explanations of indoor and outdoor issues. In addition to important issues that should be considered to be fixed before buying our new home he also included a list of issues that the new owner should have on the radar to keep the house in good conditions. He also speaks Spanish which it was a big plus for us. Mr. Roca took all the necessary time to explain to my wife and me all the issues he included in his report. In summary, we were very pleased with Mr. Roca's job. He did a great job.

Mr. Roca performed an inspection for my client on a very nicely remodeled home built in 1981. His inspection covered all major areas of the home from condition of the structure, plumbing, electrical, interior, exterior, A/C, top to bottom. Mr. Roca's very thorough inspection revealed several potential problems with what appeared to be an almost perfect house. Because of his thoroughness we will be hiring a plumber, electrician and AC company for an estimated cost of repairs to negotiate during the option period on this particular house. Mr. Roca has saved my client and several of my other clients many thousands of dollars in hidden repair costs. Mr. Roca's report is extremely detailed and provides supporting photographs of affected items. He is concise and professional in delivering his reports. I recommend Mr. Roca to all of my clients.
