It went amazing. Ed is such a wonderful business owner and is very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. He helped us with everything from the purchase to the treatment of the pool. We continue to go to him with any questions we have and he happily helps us. Such a wonderful company owned by such a wonderful person. If there was a higher grade than A, we would give it to him.

What a fantastic service! Ed uses his many years of experience and tells it to you straight. He carries only the best products to meet anyone's cost objectives. Whether you are in the store in front of Ed or on the phone, he treats you like you are his first, best, and only customer. Awesome buying experience. After you buy a pool from Casual Patio, Ed uses a contractor for the pool installation, but no worries, Ed only deals with contractors that meet his high standard. I'm a fan of Ed and Casual Patio. I will definitely tell others about my experience. Great job Ed!

We were shopping around on the Internet for a spa and found the website of Casual Patio. Ed responded promptly, via email as per our request, to a number of questions on the spa that we liked. A week later we drove to Casual Patio to look at the spas. Ed is owner/operator of the business. He was quite busy but when it was our turn, his focus was on us. We decided to purchase the spa. We needed to get the area ready for it and Ed said to just call when we were ready, that it usually took between 2-5 weeks for the spa to be in. We were responsible for the leveling and set up of spa site as well as getting the electrical to the spa site. As soon as we were ready we notified Ed. He scheduled the spa delivery for Sunday morning which was fine by us. He arrived an hour and a half later than he said due to his assistant not showing up that morning. He had the spa set up, connected to the electrical and filled in about an hour. He gave instructions on how to operate and care for the spa and told us to call anytime if we had any questions.

First of all. I had a heck of a time contacting numerous above ground pool sales specialists and really received the run around and a I really dont care if i get the sale or not attitude. I researched pool manufacturers and found that the doughboy pool was a top ten of above ground pools. The only doughboy pool sales in the area are ED from casual patio and a company from college station. I contacted the college station place through email and never received a phone call and then I called ED at casual patio. By this point I had a semi negative attitude about above ground pool salesman and the whole practice. I contacted ED at casual pool and had a lot of questions. He answered all my questions with courtesy and didnt rush me to get through the phone call. He gave a lot of insight to every aspect of the doughboy pool and the summerville line of pool. Based off the phone call alone, I deceided to drive the hour drive to Katy to see what ED was all about. Once I arrived he gave us his full attention and answered some tough questions that we had. He was inciteful and also didnt give us a line of bull just to sell a pool. He gave differences to both pools and recommended the best pool suited for us. Overall we were there about four hours asking a lot of questions. We deceided to go with top quality in the doughboy and although ED doesnt install he gave us some things to watch out for when it comes to pool installers, which really was my main concern. Although the pool purchase was higher than normal I knew I was getting top quality based on others ive seen (pool is actually set up for view). I was a little leary with sub contracting of the installer but ED assured that as long as I followed what he said before handing over the money for installation I would be good. The day of the install I was a little nervous just with hearing and dealing with others that seemed shady. ED uses Mark who came with a team of installers who showed up before the expected time and got to work right away. During the process they explained everything that was going on which eased my mind greatly. Once finished Mark's son informed me that usually a base comes with the pump. I called ED to verify and he answered right away. Ed told me that all doughboy pumps come with a base and to have them check all boxes. Mark and his crew checked every box and unloaded everything to double check. ED verified that a base does come with doughboy pumps and even though we couldnt find it he said he would call doughboy and the call me back. ED called back within the hour and informed me that they would be sending me the product. I received the base for the pump the next day to my surprise. Overall my experience was excellent. Yes I payed for a more expensive pool but you pay for quality, you cant pay for excellent quality service.
