Very responsive... Came out on a Saturday within an hour of speaking with him. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Did the necessary maintenance and repairs without trying to add frivolous charges. I was very pleased with the overall experience and work.

Mike came to the house to take a look at our central air unit which was not blowing cold air. Within an hour he had found the problem and had fixed it. I will definitely use him again in the future. He was also very personable and a very nice guy.

Mike was very quick to respond, quick to make the repairs - explaining everything that he did and why. My system is very old - he gave me options for keeping and/or replacing it. He was very professional and personable.

Mr. Carriere gave me a prompt response upon my initial request for service. He arrived shortly after the call and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had the parts available to fix it right away. He thoroughly explained the problem and how he was going to fix it. Michael gave me some good advice in what to look out for in the future to try and avoid costly expenses. Nobody likes to have to fork over a lot of money. But when I have to, I need that person to be experienced and professional. Michael Carriere was just that.

Honest workers are hard to find. Michael came on very short notice and fixed our unit while correcting a problem with a previous a/c company that supposedly "fixed" our unit.

The only suggestion I would make for them is they need a voicemail system or something for after hours calls. I attempted to return a phone call after 3 PM a couple times and each time after 30 seconds I got the squeal of a fax machine in my ear. That wasn't so pleasant but otherwise they did a great job!

I am selling my house and wanted to make sure my A/C system was in top condition. The person who came was very experienced, knowledgeable and professional and found just one thing that needed fixing, which he was able to do on the spot. The price was above what was quoted for a routine check, but I did have extra work done. Still, the cost was very reasonable for the peace of mind and pleasant experience.

When my ac failed after ONLY 8 years I called an HVAC contractor to come repair the unit. He said the compressor had failed then gave me a price and rushed out the door. I called contractors to get a price. After talking to numerous contractors I reached out to Mike. Mike's biggest concern was how did the system fail at such a young age. He insisted on coming to my house to determine why it failed. My intake was too small for the condensor and the freon line was not large enough as well. The contractor that did the job 8 years ago overlooked this. I hired Mike for the job. He showed up when he said he would and did not leave a mess. I highly recommend Mike.
