Mike and his staff are excellent. Mike C. went above and beyond! Actually, great that he has multiple licenses. He even referred to Mass Save and discussed every option possible for repairs. He even kept me posted throughout the process of the repairs. Highly recommend!!!!

I will absolutely use Carriere again. They were quick to respond and were able to send someone out to help the next day. In the past, I've been burned by dishonest companies charging an arm and a leg for services, so I was pleasantly surprised when I received the invoive from Carriere. Knowing that you're getting a fair and honest price makes all the difference. I will be a repeat customer, for sure.

Arrived on time, pleasant to talk with, found the problem immediately, had the part on hand, fixed it and waited for a few minutes to ensure the system was operating properly.

Mike arrived during time frame as scheduled. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and had the parts on hand. System was running again within 10-15 minutes of his arrival. Then he stayed for another half hour so to make sure the system was running properly. Nice, friendly, efficient and effective.

Mike and Mike were great.

Mike was great. He was very attentive and professional to our needs. I had to call him twice for questions and each time he called back in 30 minutes or less. He gave us more than one option for what he could do for us to fix our heat. The two HVAC technicians that did our repair were great as well. They were on time, professional and had our heat fixed in about 45 minutes. We will definitely use this company in the future when we need work done.

Mike's "scientific" approach in evaluating our AC & heating system was above the competition giving us a greater comfort level as we weighed our options. Although we opted for a repair in 2013, we ended up replacing the system in 2014 - his advice, as it turned out, was spot on from the get go... and, as he replaced the system, he uncovered a developing carbon monoxide issue that would have become worse, and potentially deadly, over time.
