I called Carriere HVAC - Electric, Mike was there the very next morning and submitted a proposal to replace our 13 year old overhead lights in my office building with LED lights. He was able to start work within two days. He was professional and very courteous. Some of the light fixtures required rebuilding and this was no challenge for Mike. He was prompt and finished the job as scheduled, if not sooner. I am very pleased with Mike's work and highly recommend him.

The repairman, I think his name was Mike, was very helpful in explaining what the repair was and the work he performed. He also made some safety suggestions, for example, keeping the area around the boiler empty of any materials, because of fire hazard. I was most happily surprised with the price. He showed me that his time was $99 and that the part cost $126, so my bill was $225. Living in an old house, I am used to repair bills that are much more expensive, so I usually try to fix things myself. I felt the $225 was very fair and that I wasn't inappropriately charged for the degree of the job. Thanks, Carriere!

Mike knows old houses. He undertook a job that three other contractors turned down and installed a two-zone system with minimum fuss and disruption. Cleanup was good, too. Administration (appointments, paperwork) can be better, but he is, deservedly, a busy professional.
