Hired Carriere to perform annual maintentance on Furnance and AC systems. They showed up on time and cost was very reasonable. I had a future follow up service call that they were able to respond to same day.

Mike was fantastic! He literally called about 30 seconds after I'd submitted my request to ServiceMagic. He arrived promptly, was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it thoroughly, and had it repaired very quickly, as well. One other review suggested that Mike's prices may not have been the cheapest, but I thought his prices and pricing structure were incredibly fair. I also believe you get what you pay for. I'm going to contract with him to regularly service and maintain our HVAC unit. Two very big thumbs up for Mike Carriere!!!
