What's more is that Mike was courteous and followed through with our project (replaced the compressor on our A/C unit) in less than a week, start to finish. No attempts to sell us service plans or anything else - just straight forward and got the job done in the scheduled time frame. Also, he handled all of the warranty work with the distributor. Highly recommended.

they arrived promptly and charged the unit, but it still wasnt working properly and when i called then to come back they made me wait four hours until i called only to find out they were not going to come because they felt there was nothing they could do about it.

Our HVAC units weren't working correctly. It was 90 on one side of our house and 88 on the other side with the a/c on. Carriere showed up on time and within an hour, we were up and running again. It's been a week since Carriere was here and all is good and comfortable inside our house. Carriere's prices were compatible with other HVAC companies. He was very thorough and quick.

Mike was prompt and helpful throughout the estimate process, and very efficient during installation. He followed up a few days later to make sure everything was ok and offered a few helpful suggestions about thermostat placement and general logistics. All in all, a very good experience.

Our tech Mike, went above and beyond what was needed. He explained everything to me about using our Central Air system., in a courteous and professional manner. What to do and what not to do, when adjusting my Thermostat. I never had Central Air before. They came within an our call! I would definitely hire him again and refer him to my friends.

I had a fantastic experience with Carriere Air. Mike found the leak in my unit within minutes of showing up, fixed it, then confirmed the problem was resolved. He could have charged me a higher price and didn't. Including fixing the problem and refilling the gas Carriere Air's price was below what I paid another company for a refill last year. Wish I had called Carriere Air first.
