Our central A/C went out on a hot Sunday in August. We called at 11:30 and Mike had the A/C repaired by 12:30. We'd definitey use him again.

The service couldn't have gone better! They called me within minutes, they were out there within hours and had a new unit installed the same day!

We had an emergency, dead central AC unit for upstairs, and the process of getting service was as daunting as googling service for the manufacturer of the unit. Thanks Servicemagic(SM) and Carriere! The call to SM was very reassuring, and Mr. Carriere even praised them. The service by Carriere was just what you'd want: they called soon after my choice through SM, they treated my case as a priority, and they fixed the problem. I was pleased by the service, and will be calling them back to do the routine service on our other unit, after the heat waves are over. Again, we were quite pleased.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Step-by-step instructions as to what to do should this problem occur again. He was so informative and very personable. I would use him again and again because you can see that he loves what he does and very accurate diagnosis I can assure is what he gave me to correct the problem when my central air conditioner starts flooding the basement. He was on the money, just knew how to fix the problem.

Mike called right after I submitted my request on Servicemagic. He showed up when he said he would and figured out and fixed the problem in under an hour. He is my HVAC guy for life!

Techician ariive 15 minutes late but repair is done quickly and profissionally. I would use them again.

I wouldn't suggest contacting through email -- no response. HOWEVER, when I called them on the phone the response was immediate and they came to the house within 3 hours, diagnosed the problem and made the repair within 2 hours. Very professional, knowledgable, helpful and courteous. Even provided some suggestions about helping to maintain the system. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the contractor. Mike was great!
