All, the Carriere Air Conditioning service representative got to my house on time. A 2hour window was given for the appointment, and he showed up within 20min of the initial time. The rep explained every step of the service cost up front and then explained to us all the findings. The work was quickly completed, the A/C is working perfectly now, and the price charge was very fair for the job. I recommend this service provider to others needing this kind of work. Mike came out on a Saturday to work on my heatpump. He was very thorough and answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable. Very fair price and didn't try to sell us anything else. I would recommend Mike!

I called initially for the repair of an old and obsolete split unit. The repairman said the unit could not be fixed as the manufacturer was long out of business. Made arrangements for the installation of a new unit. Price and schedule were satisfactory to me. The day before the installation the tech came out to the house to scope out the connections between the two units (outdoor compressor and indoor cooling unit) to make sure that they would work with the new system. Installation was complicated by having to adapt the existing wiring and piping, but the techs completed the job in a very professional and friendly manner. Paid by credit card

Mike was very responsive to my request and set up an appointment within 2 days. And he called me the night before the appointment to give me a heads up when he found out that he was going to be an hour later than expected. Knowing an appointment would be delayed ahead of time is always helpful. And he showed up and diagnosed the problem quickly. I would use him again if needed.

First heat wave of the season and my upstairs unit doesn't work. Called Mike at Carriere, not only answered on a Sunday morning but came that afternoon, resolved the problem, explained what was done and checked entire system to make sure nothing else would go wrong. Outstanding!

They did a maintenance check up and charged the unit with Freon. No hassle, fast and easy. It was a very hot day so they really saved me.
