After a long day of work and football practice with the kids, I came home to find my whole house backed up. (sewer) I call Capital Care Plumbing immediately. It was after hours and a licensed plumber answered the phone and came out with in 2hrs. They fixed the problem and with great customer service, as always.

They created no mess on the two story house getting in and out. They did the work timely. They were very clean and careful. Their price was competitive. We were very happy with the work and I have called them back for another minor plumbing repair job because we were so satisfied. The small job was done just a month ago.

Capital Care Plumbing did a great job. They came to my home the same day I called and on time. They gave me a FREE estimate to change my W/H. On the day of installation, James and his crew were very professional. They protected my hard wood floors and cleaned and removed the mess from the old W/H. They also replaced the gas line and fittings. A few days later we had a leaking toilet in a rental property. Capital Care gave us the same great customer service as the did on the W/H. .

I came home to find water leaking from my two story ceiling in our living room. In a panic I called Capital Care Plumbing and they reassured me that they would be there promptly to contain the leak. In under 10 minutes I had a plumber in my attic to fix the situation. Prior to arriving the company called me back to reassure me that help was on the way. They took the time to explain in detail the extent of the damage & provided us an estimate of the cost to replace our water heaters. The offered referrals to help with restoration. We had new water heaters installed the next day with the same excellent service. They took the time to protect our flooring & kept us updated as to the status of where they were in the project. It was a pleasure to work with such professionals that put the customer first.

The company spent a lot of time working with the manufacturer to make sure they covered the warranty work. They did not have to spend their valuable time working with the manufacturer, but they had the knowledge that was needed to make sure that the majority of the cost was picked up by the manufacturer. I was pleasantly shocked when they gave me the bill. The charge for their time was very reasonable. I would use them again and I hope others do too. I've used other plumbing companies and felt that I was robbed when they left. Capital Care Plumbing seems to have pride in their work and a conscience when they charge the customer.

I called James at 6pm and just over an hour later he had made my repair and I had water again.

They said it was not a big thing. The people are very good and did a professional job.

They have been fine. They did not finish the job in one day, but they did come back on a Monday (I believe it was). Everything was finished that was supposed to be done. I cannot remember the price I was charged nor can I really rate the price because I did not have anyone else to compare it to. I have no complaints. My experience has been fine & I would definitely hire them again.
