Byron Bruess' Tree Service

Byron made scheduling the service as easy as possible. Didn't need to be there and he called when done and to arrange for payment.

All went well. I was pleased.

I won't go to anyone but Byron for service on my trees. Byron removed two large fan palms and two old queen palms, trimmed two oak trees and a loquat. Price was more than reasonable. Byron, the owner, was on site for the entire job, overseeing and pitching in to get the job done quickly. Byron even made a return visit a month or so later to prune my loquat after fruiting so I could enjoy the fruit - no charge for the second trip. Clean up was exceptional. Not a trace of debris left. This guy is probably the most knowledgeable tree expert I've ever encountered and he shares his insights and advice freely. Highly recommend.

Byron did a great job. The trees and the bushes had become overgrown, encroaching the side walk. The trees in the front blocked the view of the house. Now you can walk down the sidewalk and can see the house. He did a great job on my neighbors' trees as well.

We actually have a reoccurring service with them and are pleased with their service. Sometimes things go untouched and sometimes we have to specifically make note for them to do a little extra clean up or a little extra trimming. They are good on price.

The owner and crew arrived on time, worked very hard, and got the job done with precision. In fact, when I saw the owner on my roof, hard at work on a crepe myrtle, I didn't recognize him as the owner. This is one hard-working man! He asked for my opinion on various issues he encountered along the way, and I found his suggestions sensible and trustworthy. They cleaned up my property with such care that it was weeks later before I found one small remnant of their work--hidden in a bush. I highly recommend Byron Bruess' Tree Service. From now on, I will not take a chance on another individual or company. His work is very fairly priced (a little on the low side in my opinion) and top-notch. I almost wish he would charge more, in order to take care of himself as well as he takes care of his customers. I asked him to give me a reminder call when it's time to have my trees trimmed again. This is one area where there might be a little room for improvement, but overall he clearly earns an A+.

Byron and his crew were on my property for 5 days during a very hot time of year. They worked diligently and kept going day by day until they were done. Byron is a very reliable, knowledgeable, not to mention friendly guy with a lot of experience and qualifications in the speciality he provides. He is always there with his crew, working just as hard, guiding them and managing the work. It is a small company with high demands, because he is so good! If you want a reliable service, someone you can trust, he is worth the wait. I have lots of before and after photos and am happy to respond to any questions. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Byron over and over again ... I will never use anyone else.

Houston, Tx 77084. Exceeded expectations.

The process was amazing. Mr. Bruess and his crew went to work and never stopped except for lunch. They were prompt and they were hanging out of the trees like monkeys and showed no fear. I was on the ground watching occasionally , wringing my hands ( I am afraid of heights) and could not stop staring at their working through the trees. They were there 3 days and cleaned 16 trees. These are mature live oaks and pines. This was a blessing for they trees as the past 2/3 years the weather has been very h****** them. Having this work done will increase the health of these trees. If one does the math the cost was $206.25 per tree. I am clearly the winner.
