I have cancelled my contract with them as I’ve found someone else who does not behave like they do.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It went pretty smoothly. We didn't pay any additional. They were on time and did what they said they were going to do. Everybody was pleasant. They were timely and professional. It was straightforward and there wasn't a bunch of fluff. They were fine. They were quick.

It went very well. He spent a lot of time and did everything well. He was punctual and professional. He did what he was hired for. The only thing is that he wanted, I guess some companies do, to get additional business by signing a contract which I did not do. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they did well. We were very pleased with them. The person who came out was very good and we had him give us an estimate for some other work. I thought the guy was very knowledgeable and we called him out about replacing our air conditioning system, but we could not afford it at the time.

This is a very professional company from the office staff to the technician who did our work. They contacted us within one business day of my buying the Big Deal and sent an email confirmation of the appointment with a picture of the technician. The technician was later than the appointment time but he was in contact with us. He arrived after 5pm and was very good about verifying what we wanted him to do. He encountered several problems but he one that really impressed us was the set up of the WI-FI connections to our computers and smart phones. He was not familiar with Windows 8 but proposed several solutions till we got everything connected. He verified the thermostat was working properly. We are very thankful to David taking his time and being patient with us in setting up our computers and smart phones.

He gave us things to watch for in the future. My only complaint is he said there was nothing to clean the AC coils. Ours are exceptionally bad from the previous owners spraying water on the units as they ran. We have heard there is a chemical you can get from an AC technician, and we were looking forward to having that done.

They were really well organized. They used top of the line testing equipment and took careful notes of the status of all the components, so that they could quickly see what's going on in the future.

The technician Dave was extremely reliable and nice. He was patient and explained everything to me. Scheduling was a little confusing. The deal was for both a/c and furnace but on the day of the service it was cold so he was unable to add the freon. We agreed after a discussion he would come back to service the a/c and freon. Dave did a great job performing the service. I ended up signing up for an annual service agreement which includes two checkups a year and if I have an issue they will respond quickly.

I purchased service to inspect and service my heat and air systems. I was made aware of the condition of the duct work and insulation. Brazos Valley Services sent out a coordinator to discuss repairs and replacement. We sat down and went over what was needed to make my home more efficient. I was comfortable with recommendations and pricing.
The replacement of the existing duct was scheduled for the next week. The team arrived promptly and completed within a couple of hours. I later discovered that I had no power along the back side of my kitchen and living area. I called Brazos and they sent out an inspector the next morning. The breaker that controlled that portion had been turned off. Also, during that inspection, he noticed a dripping water pipe in the attic. Since it was possible that this had been accidently stepped on, Brazos sent a plumber to replace the copper pipe even though it was corroded due to age. This repair was done at no charge to me! The insulation team arrived a couple of hours later and all work was completed within 2 hours.
I am extremely pleased with this company and the services received. I will recommend them to family and friends anytime.

It worked out very well. The occurrence of the problem that I had was by installing a new heater and air conditioning system and placing the ducts. The environment of my home is going to be more comfortable and certainly much healthier. They came pretty quickly, they came one day and evaluated the work and back the next day or the day after and performed the work. The price would have been greater but we've discussed it at length and the price came down slowly but surely. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I did, I would.

He was prompt, very professional, and knowledgeable as well as extremely thorough in his approach. He made a suggestion to tide us over until we could make the huge investment of having the fournace and supply plenum replaced. Something that would benefit our safety -- carbon monoxide detectors, which were purchased same day.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He patiently explained exactly what he was doing and treated our equipment as if it were his own. He showed me photos of ductwork leakage in the attic, and fixed it the same day. He explained the various service agreement levels and offered us his honest opinion on what would be the best for us. With due consideration for the age and condition of our equipment, he agreed that the cheapest service agreement would be best for us rather than the more expensive options.

The gentlemen was extremely polite and thorough. He serviced and inspected our units, provided a detailed report and reviewed it with me. I appreciated his candor and straight forward approach, never felt like he was pushing me to do anything I didn't feel was necessary. I just bought a new house and these guys will be on my short list to call when my A/C needs service.
