And sometimes we don't know just how cold or warm it will be when we schedule ahead of time! The replacement of the existing duct was scheduled for the next week. The team arrived promptly and completed within a couple of hours. I later discovered that I had no power along the back side of my kitchen and living area. I called Brazos and they sent out an inspector the next morning. The breaker that controlled that portion had been turned off. Also, during that inspection, he noticed a dripping water pipe in the attic. Since it was possible that this had been accidently stepped on, Brazos sent a plumber to replace the copper pipe even though it was corroded due to age. This repair was done at no charge to me! The insulation team arrived a couple of hours later and all work was completed within 2 hours.
I am extremely pleased with this company and the services received. I will recommend them to family and friends anytime.
