+ -1 moreJim was absolutely one of the best contractors/service providers we have ever experienced. He was extremely thorough and actually spent the entire day at our house repairing items identified as defective during home inspection. He also walked us through the operation of the pump and valve system in detail, allowing time for us to take notes. He demonstrated how to clean the filter systems (we cleaned them together) and the pool/spa. He explained the chemicals and gave us several recommendations in terms of buying pool supplies. He was always very courteous and friendly always taking the time to answer the many many questions we had as first time pool owners. With all of the work and time spent on this job, I expected a very costly invoice. I was shocked when the total cost came in much less than projected by the pool inspector. I highly recommend Jim and Brite Water!
Description of Work: Diagnosed and replaced pool/spa heater ignition control module, repaired Polaris pool cleaner, replaced defective GFCI outlet for pool lights, replaced defective O-rings on 4 leaking pumps, trimmed excessive length from Polaris cleaner hose to prevent tangles. Jim also trained us on the operation of the various pumps, flow settings and gave us a very detailed lesson on pool maintenance. New home and first time pool owners.
