Description of Work: I hired carpet cleaning and specifically for an area with pet stains. I told them upfront that is why I needed this area cleaned. I was told they would use special solvents and clean the specific area extra. The technician briefly went over the carpet and said he sprayed the solvent but the carpet continued to smell the same. They charged extra for the pet area but did not clean it effectively.

+ -1 moreResearched carpet cleaning on Angie's List. Initially tried contacting another service but no answer. Since a neighbor at the end of my street was driving a BMF van I decided to call. Was quoted a $200 price by the office and able to schedule cleaning for the next day. My neighbor, Moises, along with a helper arrived on time Both were very professional and friendly. They quickly and efficiently cleaned 4 bedrooms, hallway, and stairs. Although I did not know Moises before the service he gave me a $50 neighbor discount! My bill came to $151.00. Great job, great service - definitely would use again and highly recommend to others.

Description of Work: They were suppose to clean all my ducts, but because the ducts had caulk around some of them not all were cleaned. I was charged full price.

The owner listened to and took care of all my concerns when I was on the phone with him and he actually came out 3 times to make sure the crew members were doing what I needed. To get the work done by the time I needed it he added on an additional crew member at no extra cost. I even bought them pizza I liked them so much! These guys are great.
Description of Work: I had them out to clean my carpet, dryer vent, air ducts and tile floors (over half of downstairs in a pretty large house).
